QUIET RETREAT

Aparanta (Coffee Shop) had a lavish buffet spread, but we wanted to have dishes from the restaurant Menu that were not part of the buffet, hence the person attending to us suggested that we go in for a La carte. The service was impeccable, dishes served to us were delicious and well presented. The restaurant had a chirpy aura as the guests staying at Radisson Blu Resort were having their lunch at that time. There was a good bit of bustle in the otherwise serene environment of the resort. The portions of the dishes from a La-carte' menu were good and overall it was value for money.

Buffet breakfast at this restaurant

We had a our breakfast buffets at this restaurant during our stay last week at the Radisson. It is not a very big space but the staff who assist in the seating and the servers are very helpful and the service is fast and efficient. There was a variety of food in the breakfast buffet each day and all items that we tried were very good. There are live stations for dosas, eggs to order, waffles etc and the chefs handling these counters were very fast and efficient. They serve buffet dinners as well at this restaurant and they also have a ala carte menu but we did not avail of the same during our stay.

Terrible service

Aparanta disappointed in service. The hotel has only one restaurant in right now but 2 working kitchens, Curry and Spice, the other restaurant, is not functional but the menu is offered through Aparanta We went to celebrate our milestone birthdays at the restaurant and we were told it will take 30-45 mins extra What in fact happened is we finished appetizers and and an hour and 15 mins later, no dinner yet The manger on duty kept saying its will be a few minutes. Mind you, the order was for a chicken dish and bhakri. So nothing time consuming that would take 2 plus hours and still not arrive on the table. We canceled the order at 11.15pm and the manager had the audacity to ask us’ you are canceling the order because u are not hungry right?’!! Management has been informed but end result, very disappointed to not be able to enjoy one of the 2 meals at Radisson Blu.

Great food, Great chefs, great waiters

We, three couples, were here for two days and had breakfast, lunch and dinner for both the days. The menu and quality of food and service was excellent. The staff here is very courteous, smiling and helpful. We had four jain members in our group and the chefs Mr Rajesh and Romi went out the way to make jain dishes for every meal. We are especially thankful to both the chefs for there warm and gracious support. Yusuf, Sanika, Masud and Sahil were very helpful. There were other helpful staff members whose names we may not have remembered to write here. Again, we thank heartily Mr Rajesh and Romi very very much

Good Hospitality

We stayed here for two nights and ambience and service is good here Mr Aman had served us and he was outstanding at his work, the only disappointment was options in food menu. It lacked Radisson standards. High tea is offered on extra charges which I noticed first time none of other Radisson I have stayed were charging for evening high tea.

Republic Day breakfast !

Me and my family checked in into this lovely property on Republuc day long weekend. The breakfast spread was treat to the eyes. Elaborate spread of ved and non-veg, the items were even tastier than they were visually appetizing. The masala tea is out of the world n freshly made (not the machine ones). Subhajit took good care of us at the breakfast table... Happy tu.my, happy us !

Great place for family

This is great food for breakfast and dinner. Great spread. The staff is very friendly from Aman taking care of our kids requirement, chef Vinayak took time out to make it special and Imran arranaged cake for our son birthday.

Good Food & Quick Service.

Good Food. Tried the North Indian cuisine at Aparanta. Romen & Gaurav were prompt and very helpful. Service was quick even though we were dining during the lunch buffet timings and had ordered a la cart.

All live counter food was awesome and also overall breakfast was too good with lot of options for both veg and non veg. Cheese counter was too good, very rare to see in India. Missal was awesome. Thank you Chef Adesh, Chef and chef Manminder ji for such a tasty food. 😊😊

Great experience - super spread

The place has a great spread to select from… all quite tasty as well. The serving staff is very helpful and attentive, with quick service for every thing you need. Our servers Mitesh and Priti served us with a smile every time.

Nice Experience at Aparanta Restaurant

We had a wonderful experience at the Aparanta restaurant. Special thanks to Chef Shubhjit, Chef Jayram, and Chef Adesh. The variety of food offered is truly amazing, not only for breakfast but also for the dinner buffet. Overall experience was great and fabulous in Radisson Blu Alibaug.....

Worth a visit

Aparanta has good staff and good food too. I had the penne arrabiatta and it was well made with a good portion size. My husband enjoyed his mutton biryani too. While prices are slightly high, the service, ambience and food quality are worth it.

Casual dinner just became memorable!

This place has made our anniversary memorable. We just came for a casual dinner but were overwhelmed by the hospitality and the ambience. Chef Rajesh and Chef Romi dished out some interesting stuff for us. They even obliged our kid with a non spicy pasta as per his demand. The food was amazing and flavorful. All in all the staff was courteous.
