Cute decor and friendly staff. Fair prices and appropriate portion sizes. I thought the coffee was delicious. The gluten free English muffin was really good! Lovely place to spend some time.

Great decor, friendly staff and an appealing menu. There were three of us and we all ordered different things. The thai and tomato soup, BLT, ham & cheese sandwiches and the beef and... More

Great place. I loved the atmosphere and the little park nearby. The food was good. Would have been better with table service.

A visit to Legendary Cumberland wouldn't be complete without a stop at the Wandering Moose for the best coffee and treats in town. Occupying the old Post Office building, this eatery has plenty of charm to entice the weary wanderer. With a variety of beverages to offer, along with a variety of hot and cold food, the Wandering Moose has... More

I went here with my siblings - a vegetarian, a wheat intolerant, a pescatarian and two others ( we're all fussy about food, though). The service was friendly and very helpful - all ingredients are set out in the easy to read menus and the food came quickly. We were staying in another town but returned to The Wandering Moose... This cafe is on the main street, in an old brick building, which was the post office in days of old. This day it was busy as the adjacent Farmers Market was in full swing. Cozy inside with lots of tables and chairs outdoors as well. Friendly service where one orders at the counter and food is then delivered to... More

THEEE best place to go for a coffee not just in Cumberland but all of Vancouver Island. Situated in Cumberland's historic post office built many a year ago the personal service provided by owner's Bill and Lisa is something sorely missing now. What a tandem these two make and their love for service and making everyone at home trickles down... More

Nice place for coffee and a light snack. Sat outside on patio out front. Small town feel and great service. Would stop by again.
