We enjoyed an amazing meal out at this comfortable airy restaurant. Cocktails and appetizer (had the trout crostini) were delicious as were the sushi rolls. Edwin was our server and he was great with recommendations and offering friendly and helpful service. The desserts were amazing...as well. Straight out it’s good food and good service. A wide range of food choices for sure. I haven’t had a bad thing to eat nor have i been blow out of the water fantastic either. Just good no complaints food
We were in the area for a birthday celebration and landed her as it was open late! 9pm... the service was excellent and the food fresh and innovative.
We always stop at fusion when in the area. Great service. The pasta is wonderful. Husband had steak. Very good.
The property manager of our rental recommended Fusion. One of us had a steak. The other had chicken with a lemon sauce. The steak was chewy but flavorful. The chicken, unfortunately, was heavily breaded in flour that was not sauteed, so it was gummy. The...lemon sauce was overpowering. To be fair, the two couples who recommended Fusion raved about the sushi, which we don't eat. If you do, choose that if you visit Fusion.More

Attentive servers..food was good. Ordered fettuccine and ceviche....super good. Off main highway between Uvita and Ojochal . Need to prepare for no see ums however...(fun little flies) spray up and no worries. Pura vida ! Cocktails good.... 5 flat screens. Airy and spacious

This place has a huge menu, which makes one wonder how can you have all this food and how do you know how to make all those dishes correctly. Unfortunately they don't seem to do even simple things like ceviche well. Very attractive place right...on the highway, hopefully they will find a focus for their menu.More
A local recommended Fusion so we gave it a try one day between lunch & dinner - excellent drinks (one of the best Mojitos I have ever had), and we enjoyed sushi, shrimp, pepper steak & pork loin. Everything was delicious, service was very friendly.
Great place to get food of just about any kind, in a nice environment that’s kid-friendly and relaxed. The reviewers who claim there are no kids options or a limited menu likely neglected to ask their server for options, as Fusion offers tons of dishes...that are off-menu to please even the pickiest of little eaters (like one of mine). Chicken fingers (dedos de pollo) and fries are not exactly gourmet, but here they are served hot and fresh, with a big serving for the price and a delicious dipping sauce. Nachos, quesadillas, burritos and more are all options off the menu as well. This is a local joint, not a destination restaurant. But for good food at decent prices, with friendly, English-speaking staff and a laid back vibe, Fusion is an excellent choice.More
We don´t understand why/how others are so happy about this Restaurant. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The place is quite big and mostly empty. The food is normal-nothing special,but expensive. No childrens plates.
We went here twice in our four days in Ojochal. Even our picky daughter loved everything. We ordered a little bit of everything, even every dessert. All was great!
