We went to the restaurant, pretentious and not acceptable quality/price ratio. Food was ok but not excellent, frozen warmed up bread, dessert definitely poor. If you look for feeling a top class person who likes to mix to pretentiously similar human beings, and no matter...what they offer but just what you pay fine…but if you look for authentical good food and a real gastronomic experience then look for another place. This is a ridicolous obstentation of boorishness, nothing to see with class and personality. The view is great (but there are many along the Coast) the service comparable to a streetfood kiosk but far less kind.More

We were staying at their sister hotel (Tiki Villas) and drove up to have a sunset dinner. The view is ABSOLUTELY stunning, you literally have a 360 view of the sea and the mountains. The food is beautiful, the cocktails great and the staff cannot...do enough for you to make the experience perfect. It is worth the drive! Go for the sunset.More

Thank you for taking the time to visit both of our properties. We feel they are both unique and distinct in their offerings, but the views at Three Sixty can't be beat 😊

Stayed 3 nights at the Hotel 360 and loved the food at Kua Kua, was definitely a wonderful addition to an already great experience. The pork belly (breakfast and dinner), white fish fillet (lunch and dinner) and watermelon spritz (all day) were particular favorites. Staff...was also incredibly friendly and accommodating; our stay included Super Bowl Sunday and we were able to have the full meal brought to our room so we didn't miss any of the game).More

Everything about our visit to Hotel Three-Sixty and their gorgeous Kua Kua restaurant was extraordinary. From the crazy 4x4 drive up the mountain, to parking and being driven via golf cart the last leg to the top and then entering that stunning space with the...unbelievable views all around. It was incredible. Add in the best meal we had during our 1 month trip to Costa Rica and impeccable service from the staff all while watching a perfect sunset. It can't get better than that. One of our top 5 dining experiences anywhere, ever.More

The view is beyond spectacular! The staff is excellent and the cocktail was great. But, the main course was terrible. Don’t spend $30 for chicken salad that is 90% lettuce with some bland chicken. The “naan bread” was a few mediocre small triangles of bread...the size of potato chips. Definitely a disappointment.More

We were looking forward to having lunch at Hotel Three Sixty but we were disappointed. We ordered Mahi Mahi and when it arrived, it was not cooked properly and tasted like rubber. The server apologized and said that is how it is served so if...we sent it back, it would come back the same from the kitchen. We then ordered the Baba Ganoush Salad which was fine but very small quantity. The location is absolutely beautiful and the service was very good. We had felt it would be worth paying the high prices but we left disappointed. Feel badly giving this negative review to such a gorgeous place.More

I generally visit a place three times before giving a review unless it is incredible or terrible. The food was mediocre at best. The prices however, were astronomical! We came here for my birthday and I regret suggesting it. I thought Citrus was the biggest...tourist ripoff restaurant until I came here. This is a photo of my $11.00 dessert. Yes, that is a teaspoon next to the worst tasting ‘cheesecake’. It would have been two spoonfuls in total to eat the entire dessert but it was pretty bad so I left half of it (the other teaspoonful). Also, I highly recommend checking your itemized bill at the end as we were charged for an extra dessert.More

I wrote a review of the hotel so check that. We ate 2 meals a day at the restaurant for 4 days...so that was 8 meals for 2 of us for 16 dishes. The view is amazing and the ambience perfect for couples or small...groups. Cocktails are stupendous! We had happy hour cocktails every night and every one was perfect. Fauricio does a great job serving at the pool and making the drinks. Breakfast was very good and what you'd expect. Fresh warm bread was nice with each meal. Dinner was more hit and miss and there were odd things like portions varying quite a lot, condiments missing and a couple dishes just not great. Staff tries hard but is often rushed because not enough staff. The menu would benefit from daily specials for people who stay at the hotel and want some variety. Seafood is so wonderful in CR, it would be good to offer some varied seafood (the entire 4 nites, it was the same fish). We can't speak to other restaurants in the area. The prices are good though and we'd recommend the restaurant which overall is very enjoyable. My comments are mostly for the chef/kitchen/management to help tighten up the experience if they really want to be 'fine dining.'More
