What an amazing dining experience! Beautiful food and a great selection of wine. Their cocktail game is absolutely on point. To start we had the Assiette Gourmande, which was a Chef’s choice of three delicious appetizers. They were all delightful. For our main course I...enjoyed the Entrecote Frites. Which was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. My wife had the tournedos de boeuf with the funghi sauce, which she loved. For desert the torta de la pasion is not to miss. While an a recent 7-night stay in Ojochal, we visited Citrus twice for dinner. Both times we did not have reservations but they were able to seat our party of 4 anyway. We loved the open air feel to the space with the small courtyard...in the middle. Service was excellent from ordering drinks to dinner and dessert. Food was very well prepared and plated, although it was a bit pricey. Everyone raved about their meal.More

Probably the best restaurant in Ojochal. Excellent place for lunch or dinner. Great service. I highly recomend it.

We had been recommended this place but it was honestly not worth it. + : strawberry daiquiris were just delicious - : Caribbean duo, one of the priciest dish on the menu, was ridiculously overpriced for a dish lacking emotions. Nothing near the announced risotto....Just a pile of unseasoned cereals. The Pad Thaï could have been delicious if someone hadn’t dropped a kg of salt in it. desert- Orange and Basilic crème brûlée was a total miss. The basil took over way too much. Awful combo. When I pay more than elsewhere for food, I expect perfection and emotions which only the Daiquiris provided. Sad rip off in my opinion. We had much better dining experiences in simpler places like Chante Verde in La Fortuna for ex.More

They have a full bar indoor outdoor seating, a menu that changes great staff and really good food. If you are solo this is a decent spot. If you are a couple also a great ambiance. Like a Santa Ana resto in the jungle

We stopped in at Citrus for dinner tonight on the recommendation of our hotel manager. The restaurant was very busy, we didn’t have reservations but were seated promptly. Had Pad Thai which was delicious. Excellent, friendly wait staff! Perfect meal.

Very popular so would advice booking so you don’t miss out on the fab food. Lovely veggie choice for me. Great service very welcoming The desserts were amazing

Amazing experience in the jungle! We spent 6 nights in Ojochal and ate here 3 times. Each night a different taste delight. Great staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Who knew that Ojochal, a small town in CR would have such great culinary talent. We gave this meal an 11 out,of ten. The atmosphere, service and food options were all great. We started with the duo sashimi appetizer (Not to be missed) and the...mushroom bruschetta. My husband had a steak which he said was so tasty. I had the gnocchi With mushrooms which was wonderful. We shared a cheese cake tart with passion fruit coulis. My husband wanted to return again but not sure we can this trip. Hopefully next time.More

Great Margarita, Yummy food but unatentive/poor service, had to ask for water refills & for the dessert menu whilst the waiters just stood around, very little engagement.
