This restaurant is one of our favourites in Ojochal. Chef Steven makes excellent food every time! The service is wonderful. Great view of the river and sometimes crocodiles! Our first choice for going out.
We stopped for lunch here after our Osa Canopy tour (another fantastic review coming). The service was friendly, helpful, and amazing. We started with the ceviche for the table which all 4 of us devoured. Very fresh and delicious. My daughters had mussels and the...shrimp in garlic butter dishes. My husband had the daily grilled fish, I ordered the chicken fajitas. Every single dish was fresh, delicious, we all shared bites and loved each dish. There was more than enough food per serving, I could not finish my plate. We loved the tortillas so much, we ordered some to go. They came to the table freshly made and steaming. We will definitely be taking guests back and making it one of our regular stops. Amazing food, service, views, and stop. Highly highly recommend. And sorry. No food pictures, we were all famished and I completely forgot to take them.More
Amazing experience! The menu has wonderful options! Very eclectic with a wide Mediterranean flair! I had the Gyros and thought I was back in Greece! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food! We dit not eat at this place but had chef Steven make lunch at our rented villa. We booked it through the owner of this restaurant. He (Steven) spent 3,5 hours at our place and made fish on the bbq, tres leche, empanadas, salades. All...tasted good. English was not so good but we made it work. Every step he took he showed us and told us what he did, like a cooking show. If in doubt about what to during your stay in this are, this is a good option.More
Pesto chicken was good. Husband had the chicken fajita which only came with one shell. Must be you’re not supposed to make wraps 🤷♀️. The place is in need of serious upkeep but the food was good and the service nice.More

Two dinners at 4:00 Sunday. Close to zero English spoken. We asked if the Mahi Mahi [catch of the day] was fresh that day and our server assured us it was. The fillets were so badly overcooked we could only eat half. Hard to believe...the Mahi Mahi was even close to fresh. The accompanying side salad was fresh and contained a nice assortment of vegetables. The pour size of the hose wine by the glass was tiny. [Maybe 3 oz.]. The only explanation we have for the positive reviews is that the owners were on vacation and they hire inexperienced help to run the place.More

Everyone at our table was delighted with their meal! From the gazpacho and ceviche, to the seared tuna, mahi-mahi, and lobster, the flavors were light, layered, and delicious. Owned by a brother and sister, the service is friendly and accommodating. We have eaten at this restaurant three times and at each visit we had a fabulous meal. The chef is a talented young man and the staff is professional and friendly. The fish preparation is superb. The fresh tuna was served with a pureed potato...and delicious vegetables. The red snapper was amazing. The langosta was caught fresh the day it was served. It cannot get any better!More

Simply wonderful!! I’ve never experienced better gazpacho, with such subtle, nuanced flavors. The ceviche was every bit as extraordinary with the freshest of fish and prepared with skill and artistry.
