Lovely cozy small eatery. Potato foam topped over miso ramen, could taste the sweetness of the potato. Will need to order extra pork slice as the potato foam ramen doesn’t come with it. Highly recommended to try the grill scallops and gyoza wrapped in between...More

Excellent local ramen restaurant. Definitely try out the Niseko ramen with fluffy potato. Spicy choices are definitely spiced but not too much so. Only downside is the queue outside in cold as it’s a very small dining area.

I went with my partner and two children and arrived around 5.40pm which worked out well because we managed to get a table straight away so it’s worth getting there around opening to guarantee a table. The restaurant is only small, however it’s quite cosy...More

Their potato foam spicy version of ramen is a MUST! Can honestly eat here everyday. Have some choice of side dishes if you wanna try something else than bowl of delicious food. And important thing is you will not spend fortune to fill your tummy....More

Definitely a good bowl of ramen and a nice twist by adding a layer of creamy potato foam on the top. Nice noodle texture but the soup can be a lil tad bit salty for some. The star for me are the pork slices so...More

The best place in town for ramen. The noodles are hearty and firm to the bite, and the local potato cream variations unique. Very nice side dishes to go with the ramen, as well. Reasonably priced at around JPY 1000 per ramen bowl plus side...More

Hubby and I and friends ate here last night. Three of us had the Ramen which was very appetising, and hubby had the catsu dom, which was very nice indeed. Unfortunately you can’t book, but the wait wasn’t too long. Priced well. A very cozy...More

I’m not big on ramen so I’m not the best judge. Went there for dinner with wife and 2 toddlers. There was a long wait (make sure you go in to put your name on the list and wait outside...they don’t take reservations). There’s no...More

After nearly an hour wait, we were seated in a small room in the back. It was fine, except it was freezing in there. There's a heater in there, so we turned it up. Which, was then promptly turned down by staff without taking note...More

Try the Habanero ramen for fiery tasting ramen after a hard day at the slopes. It will revive your senses. No reservations so go early to get a table. Wait time can be as long as 45 mins at busy periods.

I think it’s a bit far to walk(especially during winter). Recommend you to take a shuttle bus from Hilton to Hirafu Village and walk from the bus stop to the ramen shop. It should take around 10 minutes for the bus and less... More

I don't think they have vegetarian menu, but you can try to ask the staff to take out the meat. Hope it helps. Cheers, Christine
