Great stop when visiting the wine country around Mendoza area. Very old house, great staff and wonderful wine. We didn't eat here, but really enjoyed the tour and walking the grounds.

We turned up on speck and got onto a tour straight away. It was very interesting with a look at the old brick/concrete vats, the old cellars and photos of the original owners. This is one of the oldest vineyards in Maipu although they dont make wine at this location any more. The wines were nice but not our favourites.

This wine farm not only produces some of the finest wine in the region, but it also happens to be the oldest in the area. Quaint and relatively small, it offers a brief 15 minute tour, tastings, and a sweet little outdoor cafe where one can not only enjoy the fabulous wines, but platters made to share and basic menu... This little restaurant is attached to one of the oldest bodegas in Argentina - very picturesque. The garden restaurant is pretty and relaxed with vines and fruit trees across the driveway. The younger staff were all very friendly and helpful, though the older women were somewhat fierce - almost like they didn't want any guests to be there! The older... More

If you´re looking for the most lovely place in Mendoza, this is it. Just take the bike trip around Maipu`s wine trip and stop to enjoy home made food, and a glass of the great family wine Ditommaso. The view is great around the vineyards, good vibe with an excelente taste of of music. Smoked Lamb and Tiramisú for dessert... More

Description
The restaurant at Familia DiTommaso winery is the kitchen of our home open to our guests. We carefully choose each ingredient. The homemade bread, the fresh vegetables, grandma’s dishes and our childhood flavors. The basil in the pots, the mozzarella that my grandfather missed, the olive oil and the wine; indispensable in our everyday Italian , Spanish and Argentinean table feast melted in the recipe book of a family that awaits you.
