This is our favourite place in the valley to go to dinner. The food is always freshly made and delicious. The staff and owner are very friendly. Their special features are always a treat...not to mention their bread puddings and carrot cake. Very eclectic decor.

This local spot in the lovely village of Port Williams would not be out of place in a hip city setting, but it's more special to find such a place in a small town. The fresh pasta was delicious (try the shells) and service was...cheerful and prompt.More

We recently kayaked with Cape LaHave Adventures and both of our guides highly recommended Noodle Guy. Thank you Colin and Ryan! We thoroughly enjoyed the noodles and the carrot cake! The staff were awesome and we liked the vibe of the restaurant! It appears to...be very busy with dining in as well as take out.More

We ordered take out this evening and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. We picked up her favourite tagliatelle dish and had forgot to mention she was vegetarian on ordering. Having to drive back to pick up another order...for her was actually enjoyable as the entire staff made us feel welcomed and her meal was on them. Ross and his team are incredible. We are so lucky to live in the valley to enjoy this gem of a spot quite often!!More

The meal was quick tasty and hot. Service was very friendly. The cleanliness and general tidiness of the restaurant was not exceptional but ok. The only complaint would be is that when I order chicken in my meal and pay extra I would expect more...than a couple of small pieces. Perhaps this restaurant would suit vegetarians more.More

This place is hard to describe. I would call it "new age" with a flair for homemade noodle dishes. We started with the Pot Stickers ($9.) I had the Soba Noodles w/ sausage ($19.) and my wife had the mixed green salad ($7.). I had...a glass of Annapolis Cider ($7.50) All was delicious and wish I had another day to try one of the other noodle dishes. The waitress was exceptional.More

This was the best stir fry on our entire maritimes trip. We would highly recommend eating here. The hosts at the Farmhouse Inn B&B recommended this place to us and it was fantastic.

This tiny restaurant in Port Williams is very deceiving from the outside but ready cool, rustic & upbeat on the inside. You can sit either tableside or put up to one of the retro red & chrome rotary stools & watch the staff working the...grill & kitchen while having a cool one! You can have other dishes besides pasta but you gotta try the pasta - they killed it. Well done Noodle Guy & as "Arnold S" said: I''ll be back"More

They had dine in when we were there in early Sept. Not sure about reservations. Worth the effort to go there!
