stopped off at this pub on a pub crawl when on holiday in December great beer food looked great warm and friendly staff and locals
Went with friends for a drink ended up eating.Good wholesome food that we all enjoyed and at a good price.This is a no frills no nonsense pub staffed by very friendly staff.
No silly gimmicks. Proper pub food and big portions. Landlord was very helpful. My aunt asked for something that was not on the menu and he sorted it for us. Good value and very tasty. Every meal our group had, was spot on.

A friendly, traditional local pub. Helpful staff and good service! Lovely to catch up with family and friends - can sit outside when the sun is out! Can recommend without reservation.
I visited this pub/restaurant whilst working in the area recently I could not have been more welcome by the friendly staff and customers! The food was excellent and tasty home cooked meals. Thank you for a great evening!
