Nice layout. Tables not so close together but not many to go around. Bar staff friendly. The food, we chose the pies. Very tasty and hot. The beer was nice too. Good friendly place for a nice dinner or snack.

Come to Brackley regularly to see family and have always loved the atmosphere here, in the daytime it is a fantastic family pub serving exceptional food and in the evenings it transforms into a lively party suitable for all. Will definitely return

We went here to explore our new town for the first time. I had heard on Trip Advisor that they have suitable options for Celiacs, and my daughter and I are Celiacs, so we went. My son also has allergies to milk, eggs, and tree nuts. There were multiple options for all of us, and the food was very good.... More

Visiting the town and had the chance for a quick pint. Great friendly and welcoming pub with efficient staff. £3.10 for a pint of Old Speckled Hen

My American son lives in Brackley and works near by. My recent visit was incredible because of the time we spent at the Red Lion visiting with his friends and the owners of the pub. Thank you for a memorable visit!

This has recently changed hands. It's just lost its spark sadly. Food is ok but they messed up the orders and suggested it was our fault.....! Not professional.

Called in for an evening meal whilst travelling in the area with work - decent enough range of food on... I was served a lovely steak, cooked exactly as requested, in very little time from ordering... and ate the lot! The pub has a selection of cask ales on and the internal layout gives you the opportunity to sit somewhere... More

Family run pub restaurant tucked just behind the town hall. The menu has a variety of home made, locally sourced options ranging from light lunches through to main meals and sharing platters. There is always a minimum of 3 quality house ales available and a very good wine selection.
