Excellent restaurant in Albarracin. Food is very, very, very good, and service is very kind. They are also very quick and it is not expensive at all.

Visited this restaurant for lunch knowing it would be quite a big meal. We both opted for the tasting menu as it features all local dishes. The appetizers were small portions of three different regional dishes. A little on the heavy side but very delicious. The main course was roast lamb which was lovely and the dessert was not too... Found this spot through TA and it's certainly matched our expectations. The food is good and staff are nice. The only thing is you definitely need a reservation as it's quite small, and the restaurant is up a narrow stairway - so difficult to access for people with limited mobility but this is normal in a medieval city as Albarracin... Very popular restaurant, filled with locals. As an outsider, the service seemed brusque. The lamb shank was delicious but the venison tough--and the veggies practically non-existent. They are distinctly incapable of preparing a gluten free dish, even when informed of an allergy.

We went here for a birthday meal during our visit to Albarracin. We were very impressed with the broad range of items on the menu - wild mushrooms, wild boar, deer, even hedgehog. Sadly the hedgehog and wild boar were unavailable the evening we went but our duck foie gras, oxtail stew and medallions of deer were really delicious and... More

Interesting local dishes, good staff, nice wine and good atmosphere. Locals were eating there quite a bit.

What an excellent find. The menu was extensive with a range of foods to fit all tastes and wallets. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The game and local dishes were some of the best we had eaten.

For such a small village there is a surprisingly good choice of eateries! We were delighted we chose this restaurant. Great service, quality of food and sharp pricing! We both ate the Jabali (wild boar) and the stew was out of this world!

Wonderful Spanish food in a beautiful Setting. Classical and new Spanish dishes. Local specialities and seasonal dishes. We really enjoyed the food and the friendly staff served us very well.

When you stroll by and you are looking for something to eat,you could give it a miss as the outside belies what is inside.First its the usual tapas bar so nothing amazing. But once you go upstairs you know that this is a restaurant that knows its stuff.Quietly modern furnished, pleasant to the eye.The food is surprisingly good and professionally served... More
