I cannot fault a restaurant for its selection of dishes. If most items on the menu contain meat or fish, I can choose to go someplace else or order one of the few vegetarian options. What I can fault a restaurant for, however, are the availability and quality of the items, and the service. And this restaurant was probably the... More

OK, first things first. The portions are big. We're not aware of that. The Tumbet and Frito de Matanza as a starters should have been enough. But no, we had lamb chops (chuletas de cordero) and chicken breast with pepper sauce for the main dish also. Big mistake on a lunch time. Everything was so good that we almost roll... More

The setting is quite nice, old barrels on the walls and grand high ceilings. There is a courtyard but this is right next to the toilets so best to sit inside. The waiter treated our order like it was a hassle for him in part I think because they are used to local people rather than tourists but as soon... More

This is the place to visit, if you want the real Majorcan cuisine. No tourist menu or premixed Sangria. We had a terrific dinner with lamb, Fritto Mallorcin, Trumpet, cheese with honey and the beautiful Jamon Serrano. To go with the dinner, we enjoyed two different wines from the island which to day, is one of the upcoming "stars" in... More

We were looking for a restaurant that is serving local food. I can say that this place has met all of our expectations! Very good food, traditional and authentic and without any fakes. The pork, the fish and the rabbit were very delicious and the serving was also very attentive! Would recommend it to everyone who is looking for traditional... More

Celler Sa Travessa is a typical old wine cellar, where you can feel the old times of Mallorca, when there are a lot of cellars in the towns. Here I come with my baby and I ate meat canneloni, sucking pig baked and almond cream. A typical big meal in Mallorca. Moreover, the house red wine is very good. A... More

the "boneless" paella is the best ever! You wait 20 minutes and as a result you will get a delicious paella with fresh seafood and meat (but without messing with your fingers), firm rice, and wonderful taste.

If you are in the town of Inca for the weekly market or to visit Camper's outlet shop this is a great lunch spot. Politely decline the good, varied food on offer on the "a la carte" menu and enquiry about the "Menu del Día" ( Monday to Friday lunchtime only). The €10 will get you a hearty 3 course... More
