This place is still the best Nepalese restaurant I have been to, the quality of the food NEVER disappoints. Khim and the team have maintained consistency for some years now, which is not easy, but that is reflected in number of people who come back time after time. As I say, food quality is excellent and service doesn't come second best, all in you can't beat it. Difficult to recommend a dish as everyone I have tried has been good, my personal favourite is Lamb Safari, but I honestly think if you visit whatever you try you will enjoy.

The treatment of the staff is great, they are very friendly and attentive. The food is great if you like Indian cuisine and it is not expensive for what it offers, for a couple I recommend ordering a couple of main dishes (the RoganJosh is especially good here), and a Naan bread (the garlic one is delicious). We really liked that they brought us papadam while we waited,

We have visited here regularly as a family for a number of years whilst on holiday and both food and service has always been excellent.
Khim and staff are always welcoming and are great hosts and cannot do enough to look after us whilst there.
Food is always excellent and of very high quality but very reasonable in terms of cost.
Khim very kindly also helped us celebrate a family members birthday as a surprise even though we weren’t there. He ensured he got a nice wee cake and a birthday message from us all.
We recently took friends here and they are very fussy eaters and again they couldn’t rate the food and service highly enough.
All in all the best Indian and Nepalese food in Los Alcazares area.
Best to book in advance as always busy.
Thanks Khim and staff.
See you again next year.

Had to review as I was blown away by the aloo gobi and tarka daal dishes.
The cauliflower was roasted and had a fantastic depth of flavour.
Daal was deliciously spicy and creamy.
with dips, onion bhajis, the 2 veg dishes, half a garlic naan and pilau rice for around €15.
Delicious, spicy, filling and a nice little tub leftover for cold lunch the next day.
Always friendly and welcoming and good service.
Very happy.

A really great place to go for "Indian" food. Always made to feel welcome by the owner Khim. A good selection of dishes and the food is consitent in quality while not too spicy for those who like to still feel their lips after eating, but can be made hotter on request. Would recommend this restaurant both for couples and large groups, great atmosphere.

We dined at this delightful restaurant last night in a family party of six. We all agreed this was by far the best Nepali/Indian cuisine we have ever tasted, delivered by Khim and his team with professionalism and a smile.
I strongly advise you to try this place for a total dining experience at reasonable prices.

We were Recommended this restaurant by a friend who lives locally …. And visited whilst midway through our holiday. Being a bit of a foodie I love all types of Asian food . having travelled to various countries in Asia it is always difficult to find restaurants that offer authentic dishes that are clearly not one pot cookery.
I can safely say this place for food alone is difficult to criticise … every element of the food during the visit was of a very high standard! From the poppadoms and chutney choices to the goan king prawn curry or sweet but savoury garlic chilly Lamb which was very tender. The stuffed paratha cooked fresh to order were equally stunning.
I have seen some people suggest the wait for food is longer than expected but I’m more than happy to wait if this means the food quality is of this standard and taste.
It is obvious this place is very popular with British locals and is a bit of a hidden gem … if you know you know but if it wasn’t for the suggestion I doubt we would have ever found it(being as it is not in the main square)
Highly recommended
I’m just devastated we only have three days left on our holiday as I’m would love to try lots more on the menu!
Prices are comparable if not less than back home, service was friendly and accommodating.
I don’t often leave reviews but felt the need to share !

We were recommended this restaurant by several people. Had a superb meal and a wonderful time. The Nepalese cuisine is really worth trying. We were a rather demanding party of 5 and the owner Khim went out of his way to make it really special for our friends birthday. Thank you so much for a super time. We will be back very soon.

This is a real gem with exceptional food served by passionate caring staff. I eat out in London all the time and this was by far the best meal that I have had in a very long time.
I cannot recommend it highly enough but feel that they are not charging enough for such high quality food.

This was the second visit during our fortnight holiday in the Mar Menor area.
On the first occasion, we waited a while for our food because it was so busy.
This time we didn’t book a table, and we were seated at 7.30pm and told we would have to leave by 9pm, which was plenty of time in our view.
I now understand why this restaurant is so popular.
I had the chicken jalfrezi ( spicy)
I have eaten in a lot of Indian restaurants in the UK and Spain and I can honestly say this is the best Jalfrezi I have ever tasted.
It’s a pity it’s not in Scotland!
The staff are very friendly and attentive and the price is very reasonable.
Just f do not forget to book.

Lovely Nepalese restaurant offering a varied menu with something for everyone. Staff are attentive and very friendly. To finish off your meal try the creamy Indian tea it’s like having a second pudding.

I’ve been a number of times and the food is very good. However on this occasion i decided to eat out and ordered from the menus available within the restaurant.
Food came and I was charged a higher price. Owner said they were old menus and new ones hadn’t been printed.
Furthermore the takeaway 10% discount printed on the restaurant menu also wasn’t honoured.
I discussed the above with the owner and advised that it’s wrong to charge more than advertised but he refused to budge.
A real shame. I won’t be back and all for a few €’s

This is by far the best Nepaleses restaurant. The staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner Kim always remembers his customers. The food is always excellent, good quality and flavoursome . The prices are reasonable and go hand in hand with wonderful cuisine. Definitely the best restaurant in the area.

We all had another superb meal at Ghurka Durbar last night. The quality of the food is always consistent and definitely the best Nepalese Indian restaurant anywhere.
Our friend has various food intolerances but Khim and his excellent chef were able to provide a fabulous meal for her and her opinion was that it was also the best she's ever had and can't wait to return.
The service is always very good and friendly and Khim, the owner, treats all his customers as welcome friends!
Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Every time we come to Los Alcazares, we come here to eat. Khim and his team are fabulous. Service 5 stars. Food 5 stars. Cleanliness 5 stars. Value for money 5 stars. Doesn’t get much better than that!
The menu is very varied and the staff are very knowledgeable about the food. I love the tandoori items, but my husband chooses something different every time we go…the lamb and chicken has always been very good.
I would advise to book in the busier months if you can. I did via Facebook messenger and it was very easy.
Can’t wait to go back! Best food here…I wish there was a restaurant locally to where I live as good as this one.
