We went here for lunch recently but we’ve come back a number of times over the years. The hotel is adjacent to the New Otani so it is an easy location to find. The food is what you might expect in Paris at an upscale bistro. For lunch, the menu was on a chalkboard. Our waiter didn’t speak much English... More

We were in need of a break from Japanese food after a week. There is a typical French chalkboard menu--good variety. We enjoyed the mussels and duck confit. Both very good. Would have liked a bit more selection of wine by the glass given the setting. Prices are reasonable given the area.

The Bistro offer a rather limited and pricy selection. The Cafe is more affordable and the food good without being anything special. The steak frites was absolutely okay! The decor and style in the Cafe/Bistro is typical french. There is a fine covered terrasse in front of the Cafe and if temperature allows that is a good place to sit.... More

One of the few cafes which actually has a nice terrace and not many cars passing right next to you! Especially great during the cherry blossom season as they have a park in front of them.

Great little find. Best mushroom soup ever and plenty of crusty bread cut in lovely shapes. Fries and steak as well. Pate. Waiter was so friendly. Felt good to be in a happy place so far from home.

Reasonable service but just ok food. If you are looking for a change from Japanese and staying at the New Otani then it's a good option. I had lamb which was pretty fatty but came well cooked and with the good ratatouille.

Bistro food with Japanese esthetics beautifully presented. We entertained Japanese guests at the restaurant and were pleased.

great place for a casual lunch with outdoor seating. If yo can get there during cherry blossom time even better. there are beautiful trees lining the street in front which makes for a remarkable setting. Food and service are consistently above average.
