Had the best time having drinks and nibbles here. The service is second to none and the Warmth with which we were greeted was outstanding.

Me and my family were having great time dining in Signature on the 5th of January. The meals are incomparable without any doubt as one-star-Michelin restaurant in Tokyo. C'est trop bon, merci bien. The service is amazingly touched with Mr. Moichiro Horiuchi who gave us a warm welcome and patiently offer well introduction as well as Mr. Naoki Tonegawa who... More

Signature is a 1 Michelin Star Upscale French Restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The tables by the window have great view of the city. The service is good. Best to have the menu by your side of you really want to know what you are eating. I had the Le Passy Tasting Menu for lunch at ¥12,000. I was... More

We had dinner there to cerebrate my wife's birthday. Food and service were up to the standard expected. The night view of the city was very attractive. It was very nice of the restaurant to bring a birthday cake at the end of the dinner, which gave my wife a big surprise! Price was actually cheaper than one would have... More

I reserved a table in advance so I could overlook Tokyo while celebrate both my birthday and Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. I was very excited to come to this restaurant because of its prestige, talked-about decor, and the incredibly view, and the restaurant did not disappoint. The Mandarin Oriental is a fantastic hotel, and the attention to detail can... More

We went as a table of four, sat by the window and what a view. Restaurant wasn't busy so we were expecting great service and mostly was. The food again was mostly good with a few hit and miss. We had a small very good fillet steak that must of been a Kobe standard or similar but it was coated... More

We had just walked around Tokyo and wanted to have a drink at the bar. We decided to ask for a bite to eat and to our delight we managed to get a table at the signature restaurant. We loved the view, the service and the food. When we got back to our room we realised that It had a... More

Must tries are the guinea fawl and the langoustine, with an excellent cheese selection. The Japanese strawberries with dry vermouth are an excellent desert as well!

Booked at Signature for 2 for NYE dinner and was not disappointed. Surprisingly, wasn't crowded and had a great view of Tokyo. Food and service was excellent. For NYE only, Signature has one pre-fixed menu; everything was delicious. This is a good choice for NYE and worth the price. Would go again.
