The Westin is an elegant hotel and this is an excellent Lounge. Great to chill and for a coffee awaiting dinner.

Great views from the lounge but it is crowded in the evening. However it's a great place for a quick pre-dinner drink. The fare is mostly Western sadly- smoked salmon canapés and Australian wine, which is fine but a trifle disappointing when in Japan! however it is a vibrant and relaxing place and can set the scene before a great... I love to have drinks and dessert here. Service is good, and the dessert menu is really nice, especially the cakes ! However, it does not open till late, so if you are looking to stay late, this isn't for you.

No regrets in choosing the Executive Club room. The Lounge has fantastic views, wide variety of snacks and drinks. Friendly service. Nice ambience.

Just had to say more about this place. The balance of the staff including Koji Yamazaki are amazing. They have made us feel very welcome in Japan. We will certainly stay at this hotel on our return.

We had some nice glasses of champagne but don't expect much with cocktails here. Staff was nice but the smoking was out of hand.

As far as Club Lounges are concerned, this is one of the smallest, and least well provisioned ones I have been in. The only saving grace for this one is that one can make one's own drinks, rather than being served by a less than well trainer barman. It's OK, but not a lounge where one would spend a significant... tried their afternoon tea for the first time. wish they provided menu before bringing in food; some people are vegitarian and do not expect a roast pork sandwich to appear on a supposedly elegant three-tier set. tea was good--in terms of both quality and selection--but could be served better. I found the first cup too weak and the second too... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
