Service was excellent. Food was decent. Walked past, dropped in and had an enjoyable lunch with some Pinot Grigio. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for something Western near Shibuya. Has been running since 1944. Can't understand what Antonio was doing in Tokyo in 1944 and why he chose to open an Italian restaurant there then, but that is something... More

I like and I also have a chance to eat real Italian food quite often. Although I was in Japan to eat Japanese food I had a chance to try Antonio's. Interior is nice, service is good. Also the food is good, but not perfect. Antipasti were excellent, pasta al dente as it should be, gnocchi decent, but I would... More

Very friendly service and great Italian food. Best in Tokyo! The pappardelle pasta was melting in my mouth. The home-made sausage was very good too. Ricotta cheesecake was perfectly light. The tiramisu was ok - the ration of cake/cream was not ideal, but the flavor was very good.

OK, I have lived in Italy, visited Italy frequently, and am a sharp food critic. Antonio's is a nice Italian eatery in Tokyo, the food is good, the service is good, but I can't compare it as superior compared with trattoria in Italy. Just a tad bit a little smug and overpriced for its quality.

I visited Antonio's for a post wedding party. I was overwhelmed by the food and service. Go to Tokyo to eat at Antonio's, it is worth the trip! This is a third generation restaurant. Ask Antonio for the history - his grandfather was Mussolini's chef before WWII and MacArthur's chef after the war.

The décor of Antonio's is exquisite. The pesce carpaccio appetizer was amazing. My pasta with butter and garlic was one of the best anywhere. Really enjoyed my Limoncello with soda drink. The waiter was fluent in English. Seems to be a go to place for birthdays and celebrations, it's quite nice. Delighted to have dined here !

Great service and every dish was a treat. The white fish carpaccio was delicate and perfectly flavored. The gorgonzola salad dressing was great. Both pasta dishes came out just right. Request parmesan cheese and enjoy! Dinner and drinks can hit 10,000 per person after tax and 10% service charge.

We used to live 100 metres from Antonio's in Tokyo, and it was a life-saver on more than one occasion. Back in Tokyo on a personal trip, we made it the first stop-off and, as always, were not disappointed. We had the inexpensive set lunch (I know that evening a la carte can be a bit more expensive) and were... More

Went to Antonio's for a birthday dinner on the recommendation from a friend. The restaurant did not disappoint. It felt like going to a comfy Italian restaurant in my old hometown. Homemade pasta and well prepared meats. Great service and a friendly staff. Will definitely return!
