There is no doubt that the quality is good for the price. Even at the more pricey restaurants, the quality may not be much different for average people. But 1.5 hour wait at 3PM lets me think about going there again. I can have the...More

An hour and 30 min wait to get a table for this place on a Thursday evening? You bet. It just built up the appetite and anticipation that much more. You get a number from the kiosk and then wait, wait, wait for your number...More

This restaurant, located in parallel with the railways has one of the best sushi we've ever had, mainly the tuna specialities. The pieces are big and fresh. It is recommendable to go between 2-3 pm if you want to avoid the queues. We wait about...More

This is a chain of 5 restaurants, but the quality and freshness is laudable. So is the queue. My 2nd time and i arrived late at 815pm. The queue this time is shorter at 30min. Remember to get a queue number from the machine and...More

This is probably the best sushi I ever ate in my life. The pieces were huge, the fish was very fresh. We waited for an hour outside, before getting a table for three, but it was really worth it. The homemade wasabi was also excellent....More

This one stands head and shoulders above every sushi restaurants I have ever been to in terms of price and quality. I understand that a couple of sushi-yas at Tsukiji are fresher, but for a very very minor fraction of the extra freshness, you'd have...More

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.

As long as they are open for dinner, they should have everything available on the menu. The seafood in Japan is VERY fresh. Have fun!

Yes. You pay at the cash register at the door, not at the table. In Japan, you pay this way and no tipping, except at low end restaurants where you buy a meal ticket from a vending machine.
