A nice pub/bar just up from Shibuya Crossing with happy hour between 5-7pm when mixed drinks are ¥500. Beers are expensive, even at happy hour! (¥650-¥900 for half a pint!) But a friendly welcome and warm, enclosed terrace. Smoking allowed inside.....more's the pity!

Visited Shibuya 3 times and found this pub on the second floor just up from the Shibuya crossing. We had lunch and it was nice to sit down and relax. I had Shepherds Pie and couldn't really fault it so had it a second time. My Grandson who lives in Shinagawa had fish and chips and he enjoyed them especially... More

For some reasons, this pub feels like home and i visit every time i travel to Japan. Great place in a great location. Beer is quite pricey. A generous double portion of whiskey comes at the same cost

Four of us looked for place to grab a drink. Of the four only two wanted a drink which appeared to annoy the staff so we left what was already an empty bar

I love the location, close to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya Crossing but far enough away you don't hear the loud noises. It's a quiet little place on the second level. The patio overlooks the street and it's fun to people watch. I ordered the chicken and chips lunch for a quick bite. I'm a huge fan of chicken... More

Wandered around the area and couldn't see anywhere to have a glass of wine so went with a safe option. Also offers a range of classic uk meals if you've had too much ramen lately.

The balcony terrace is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon after walking all over Tokyo. The pub food (fish & chips) is a little off from their normal beer-battered presentation but if you just can't do sushi & soy sauce for one more meal, give it a go.

We never even got to eat cause the service was so poor. Polite but poor!!! We weren't that interested in the menu either but thought it might be fun to try Irish food in Japan but as I said we never even got to try it cause they were so disorgamised.

I ate here one Saturday lunchtime after having walked all over most of Tokyo and Shinjuku. I needed somewhere quiet, with good food and plenty of cold coke, and The Dubliners was really perfect. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly, and I got myself a nice little nook to have my lunch. I had the breaded fish and chips,... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
