We ate her 1 night while staying nearby. They had a reasonable selection on their menu and was very reasonably priced the meal we had was very tasty which was the house special.

The best place I ate in Borneo!! I appreciate tasteful food and can’t fault this place whatsoever. Ate here 3 times and they took my requests to make the food extra spicy (to my liking!). I ordered the grilled fish one evening which doesn’t normally...come with sauce but asked for the black pepper and so glad I did... it was incredible! The staff are really nice as well & the prices are so reasonable!More

As we were staying across the road and the reviews were good, we thought we would give the white house a try. Not disappointed. Food, on both occasions, was of a very good standard and staff are so friendly (including the dog).

We had a wonderful fish curry and nasi goreng and carrot juice. It was one of our best meals in that area. Nice vibe and fast service, low prices.

We visited here on our way out to a River Kinabatangan river cruise. The tour company had stopped at the Mango Garden (opposite) which was only serving an expensive buffet option. We crossed the road to this restaurant, where we were served large potions of...cheap local food. The staff were friendly. The toilets were very basic. I am glad we went here.More

My boyfriend and I had been walking for what seemed like miles so needless to say we were very tired and hot and desperately needed some food. I had chicken noodles and my boyfriend opted for the chicken curry. Both were very delicious! We were...also recommended by the very helpful waitress that we should have the roti canai, we were unsure what this was but agreed to try it. It was delicious! The whole meal was very good value for money. The service was a bit slow but we didn't mind as we were enjoying the rest.More

If you want good quality cheap eats this is the place. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here and went back twice. It also has a really good WiFi connection for travellers wanting to connect with the outside world for a...bit. Recommended.More

Cute bistro with shower eaves around and fans for cooling. Friendly, efficient service. Good choice of food. We chose to sit outside. The spaghetti prawns, the mushroom soup and the watermelon fruit juice were delicious and budget priced. Other family members enjoyed their food,too.

Newly set up and a great vibe! Food is classic Asian food which is very reasonably priced! A good mix of clientele and a very enjoyable evening was had!

The food is cheap in every way and the service is slow. Above all, the food was very bland. We had coconut ice cream as desert which was the only thing I would recommend here. Other travelers appear not to have tried other local options...and only use this to avoid high hotel charges. The banana cafe near the Orangutan reserve is much better in flavour.More
