I niticed the old reviews but my experience was way better. The food was simple but fresh, every day something else on the buffet menu and the quality was good. But wat made the experience even better was the warm welcome Diffy and his team gave us every time we visited. A big smile, very service minded and we felt very welcome. Some people are just born to complain..not me. Try to find the good in everything! Thanks Diffy and your team. Also the lady in the kitchen who made us a packed breakfast with a yummie eggsalad when we went to the RDC very early in the morning!

This place does a breakfast buffet for guests of the nature lodge. Then they do a lunch buffet for bus tours. Kind of mass feeding. But it's efficient and not bad. Very friendly place.

The restaurant is located in Nature Lodge Sepilok. There are several reviews of Nature Lodge Sepilok on the site. But I would like to write about the restaurant. Ships come by many who do not live in the Lodge. The restaurant is decorated in the style of Nature Lodge. Good service. All dishes are only from the buffet. But everything is quite tasty and fresh. There are always a lot of people here, especially during lunch. You can order wine or beer.

We first came to Mango Garden as a drop off before going to the jungle for a quick bite to eat. We were very pleased with our food, and the man who served us was really friendly. Mango Garden has a really lovely garden surrounding the restaurant. On our second visit on the way back from the jungle we didn’t get any food, but the staff were more than happy to give us a seat, a couple of drinks and to use the wifi while we planned our day.
The restaurant isn’t a ridiculously long walk from the orangutan and sun bear sanctuaries.

Sorry to hear of your poor experiences. We were just recovering from Covid and had challenges with our staffing both in terms of kitchen and service staff. We do aplogise that you had a bad experince.

We were there last week, good food and a lovely wine list and all white wines are properly chilled and served with an ice bucket. We loved it!
We forgot our glasses and they have posted them to us 😍 lovely staff and manager

Food is simple but good. The staff is helpful and flexible. The restaurant is simple in design but has a nice and relaxing atmosphere and very chill music!
