Visited here while staying in Blackheath. The service and food was amazing. We were a party of 4 and each dish served looked fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Atlantic salmon with chat potatoes and greens. If I had room I would have also tried...More

We had been recommended to go here by a local but we found the experience nothing too special. The scones were ok and served with a generous amount of jam and cream but unsure if that's worth $11? Caramel slice was not very nice, could...More

Hi there Thanks for your feedback. Although we can't compete on price alone we go out of our way to ensure the product you buy is the best available. Nothing annoys me more than packet scones and jam and a tea bag! All our products...More

We were over charged by about $8 or $9. When my wife questioned this, the male "coffee maker" (not the young girl at the counter, she was cool) got so defensive and rude about it we said stuff you, keep it. Incredibly poor customer service...More

Hi there Thanks for your feedback. I'm obviously somewhat perplexed by your review. You were over charged, made a big show of it and then stormed off refusing to take your change!! Doesn't make sense to me. Clearly an error occurred as they do, and...More

Seriously the best scones and blackberry jam I have ever had. Friendly service, beautiful surrounds. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were. Worth the drive from Blackheath

Is always a pleasure to visit Megalong Valley Tearooms. Is tranquil and plenty of room outside with tables scattered. The food is always good. This time we shared amazing apple pie that is made on the premises :-) The staff is always friendly and informative....More

The drive to get there was really beautiful. There was a ramp access or stairs, so suits everyone. The Tea Room served lovely meals and had a lovely fire going. A homey place. The Devonshire tea (your choice of tea) is excellent with those home...More

After regularly attending the tearooms when in the Blue Mountains over the last 25 years this visit will be our last!! From the time we walked inside it felt different, no checked table cloths, tattered menus with inflated prices and no welcome ambience. After ordering...More

Hi Colin Thanks for your feedback Unfortunately it sounds like you are disappointed with change. As with any change there will always be a small number of people who do not like it. By far and a way the majority of people however do approve...More

Lunch yesterday with friends. I had cottage pie. Really good traditional pie. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. A little congested at the payment stage. We plan to return. Would definitely recommend.

We had never been down into the valley from Blackheath before so decided to go for a drive and it just happened to be lunchtime when we arrived after visiting quite a few lookouts on a very clear day. We walked in and picked a...More

I'm pretty sure you can... there are plenty of outdoor seating and I've seen plenty of ramblers stopping by here with their dogs in the past... may be off limits inside the wooden teahouse but should be ok outside
