What a great concept. This restaurant offers the "Ă Discretion" in a stylish form. We went here with family for my sister's anniversary, and it is a great, social way to enjoy a meal. You can order as many times as you want, and it comes in the form of tasting plates.....small portions to share among you. This way you can taste as many dishes on the menu as you like, without feeling stuffed at the end.
The service was excellent, the food was great.....congratulations!!

My wife and I ate here with family on a lovely summer evening.
The concept of the sharing plates worked well.
We ordered 5 different plates 4 times, which allowed us all to try and taste a large variety of dishes, all of which were of very good quality.
Worth trying out.
Our only negative comment was that the restaurant allows smoking on the completely covered terrace, so smoke stays hanging and bothers other guests.
It forced us to move inside.

We've been here for the first time tonight, since we're from Germany. It's been a wonderful dining experience - such a great and unique concept with an outstanding value for money. Food and drinks were amazing, surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere. Credits and a particular thank-you to Frank B., our waiter, who's doing his job passionately and made sure we had everything we needed.

We visited this restaurant as a family of four this is all you can eat dinner with very high class dishes. The dishes were super fresh and so delicious portions are small however you can ask as much as you want so no worries price were very reasonable and dinner was fantastic

We stayed for a few nights only a 5min drive away. There are a bunch of restaurants around this area. Some even offer similar food and concepts like this one.
It's a very popular place and was packed when we visited. Lucky we had a reservation.
Our Bulldog was welcome as well. Staff here was really helpful, took time to explain the idea behind the food concept and were really friendly throughout the night.
Had a glass of wine and studied the menu. It mostly consists of small tapas-like plates and sizes. The idea is that you order a bunch of them, enjoy them and order more when you're done. Unlimited!
A very fun idea and the menu really looked appetizing. There is a big range of cold plates as well as a good selection of warm plates. There was some complementary cheese first. Good stuff.
Then we ordered the poke bowl with salmon, oriental beef carpaccio and and tartufo carpaccio. Poke bowl was ok, the oriental carpaccio not that great. Not really great quality meat. The tartufo carpaccio on the other hand was really good. Nice and tender meat, good sauce.
The we ordered Pescaditos Fritos, Pepper steak and Goat Cheese & Bacon. The fried seafood was ok. The goat cheese pretty good. The let-down was the steak. That was a pretty tough piece of meat. Sauce good though.
The biggest downside are the waiting times. I know it's packed. But there are a good number of waiters and waitresses. But it took about an hour per serving. That's just very long and we didn't plan on sitting here for 4-5 hours. So we ordered dessert (not included in the set-price) and left soon after.
All in all a very mixed bag. It's fun, the menu looks great. And 32.50 per person is pretty fair. But if you want your moneys worth you need to bring a lot of time. The staff seems to disappear after a few servings. It was still a fun night though. But once was enough, since the food quality wasn't overly convincing and we went somewhere else the other nights.

We came here before man and wife. Today we came with man, wife, child and grandmother. We came back because we had a nice evening and all food tasting nice.
Today I wanted to eat outside because I didn't want that my little one would bother anyone. The waiter convinced me that we could go inside and sit and if it would be a problem one other area would be available. Because of this safe feeling we go in and everything was calm.

The resto is easy to reach. There are two parking lots (upper and lower) but cannot go from one to another or vice versa. The interior is attractive. So is staff, attention is paid to their outlooks. Had a lovely evening at Van Sprang, we had a nice round table after a pleasant reception. Then a nice quick amuse on the table and shortly after drinking. The amuse was delicious, a crispy gyosa and a nice paprika soup. Then ordered several rounds, everything was delicious. A very nice concept, I definitely visit more often.
