Nothing Beats A Scrumptious Iberico Meal

First off, this is a review on their delivery service and not dine-in. “Serving you Artisan Food and Fine Wine”. A very unique statement from a Spanish-Mediterranean Restaurant nestled deep within the heart of Kuala Lumpur City. Well decorated with online reviews singing praises, how...do they fare in a delivery service? Service: We placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward. Packaging: Ordinary take away boxes. 4 Pieces Iberico Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce & Mashed Potatoes (RM 64.40) Iberico Pork shares similar traits and is often compared to Wagyu Beef. Both are revered for their beautifully marbled meat laced with fat. Today, the ribs we had were immensely juicy and succulent which came close enough to falling off the bone. However, they were rather sparing with the amount of meat on each rib. The accompanying barbecue sauce gave the dish an exciting smoky finish. We rested the ribs on a bed of mashed potatoes which had a very creamy and fine texture, almost as though they were from a powdered mix with a nice touch of butter. The garden fresh vegetables were crunchy and drizzled with a generous amount of salad dressing . Recommended? Excellent food experience!

Excellent food experience! The spaghetti à Bolognesa is excellent, octopus and suckling pig is really good also.

Not OK

Booked a table for 8+2 kids for an early Xmas gathering and mom's birthday. Came to try this place out after reading reviews online but it did not meet our expectations. The suckling pig and pastas dishes were ok. 2 out of the 3 chicken...dishes were rare and undercooked. Most of the dishes were bland. Place was to warm in the afternoon and we left without cutting the BD cakes and gifts exchange. Sorry this place is a no no for us. The food and environment do not worth the price we paid.More

Good food!

Was a good experienced having dinner here...and the price was heaven cheap! And even the taste of the food is incredible! It’s just the table and decorations need some improvements..overall it’s good! Recommended

Absolutely amazing!

I finally had the REAL spaghetti carbonara here (with guanciale 🤤). The pasta itself is al dente, highly recommended as for RM30 is totally worth it. On our second visit, my husband chose porchetta, capocollo, polenta with mushroom&cheese, and tomato sauce tripe. Being an Italian...living years in Malaysia, my husband is craving some real Italian treats which he found it here at sapore, To our surprise, the portion are generous as well. Decent Italian / Spanish food

Decent but not excellent food. Was surprised by the Aldente pasta but not fond of the gamey lamb. Service was reasonably good except they tried their best to push their seasonal items out first (which is normal) but not really a good idea for lunch...crowd. Will def be back as the food is not bad - tastes better than it looks!More

Good pork

Had a family dinner there. Excellent iberico pork neck! Bread is good as well. Deserts could be better but overall pretty good. Service is nice and deco is comfortable. A little pricey.

Awesome Saturday Aperitivo

Every last Saturday of the month, they have this special Aperitivo promo which is ideal for couples and group of friends. I highly recommend trying it to those who haven’t tried. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
