Lovely little tea room that is dog friendly too. Good selection of cakes and scones and sandwiches etc. We had scones with butter and strawberry jam and a pot of tea. All very nice

Sitting above a junction on the ancient High Street, we enjoyed some great tea and homemade scones. Rightly a trip advisor award winner for the past 5 years.

Visited today with a friend for lunch. The service was speedy and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty! I'll definitely return. It's a great family friendly cafe and my well behaved little cocker spaniel was welcome too!

The most delicious gluten-free scones imaginable! Huge, warm, melt-in-your-mouth. I recommend the rhubarb scone cream tea, but you'll need to share it, the scones really are rather large.

Bought a voucher for here on Groupon as a gift, and was bloody surprised. The afternoon tea was lovely, couldn't fault the service, all in all, a job well done.

Hi there, There are 2 pay and display car parks near to us which are 70p per hour. One in the High Street itself and one by the Steyning Centre (Fletchers Croft) Both are just a couple of minutes walk to us. Kind regards Kim
