The restaurant offers the choice of two tasting menus with the option to do wine pairings. The rooms are somewhat spartan but attractive and very comfortable with tables far enough apart to permit a private conversation. The food was excellent and presentation was outstanding. No surprise given the Mendoza location, the wines were amazing. Service was seamless. An excellent place... More

Indeed, it is hard to find, but unforgettable. We have been coming to this part of the world for a number of years. We are from San Francisco, CA and are used to a broad variety of cuisines being available. Frankly, after a while in the Mendoza region one can tire of beef on the parilla, jamon crudo, pastas, pizza,... More

First of all this place at night is tough to find. We drove passed it in a taxi twice. They can use a new sign. But, it is there and worth the effort. The place is very modern in the decor which clashes a bit with the dark seemingly out of the way location. Not a knock, just an observation.... More

we had a meal at Brindillas to celebrate my partner's birthday(we were 4 persons); the food and service were superb and the price was not extreme compared to prices at home in Canada; a must see restaurant if you visit Mendoza

Small, stark, elegant room with only about 10-12 tables. Options for either 3 or 5 course dinners. Friendly staff but a bit slow at end of meal, but well, well worth it!. The presentations, quality and proportions were perfect. The food was as good as ANYWHERE we've eaten in world. Lamb was incredible. Very reasonable price wine list with varied... More

Walking into the restaurant it felt a bit stark, dim and empty. Not a very inviting space which I found odd compared to other places in Mendoza. There were only a few tables with upright chairs and white tablecloths. However, the food and service were a delight compared to the setting. I had a wonderful steak and enjoyed the bottle... More

We were informed about the restaurant from our taxi driver.. Wow- what a discovery.. Despite the tasting lunches that you will participate in you have to find time and room to have dinner here. The flavors and presentations are amazing! The staff is caring without being intrusive. Each course is served with care and attention and a full explanation in... More

This restaurant is a must in Mendoza! As foodies, the food, presentation, taste of every bite was a surprise and exceptional. The service and every aspect were 5 star without the 5 star prices. What a wonderful experience it was, worth the drive!
