Auberge de Cucugnan We only had evening meals here and did not stay at the hotel ( which looks very nice) The interior of the restaurant is of real interest in that the wall are cut out of the hillside rock with toping of cut stones. We had two dinners here the later was inside due to thunderstorms!! Starters, Anchovies... More

I am not a meat lover and there were only meat for the 19.50 euros menu. The starter which was salad chevre chaud was great. The potato with garlic was amazing. But The main dish of tindade was too heavy for me and kept me full until the evening. The dessert was good but I was too full to enjoy... More

We enjoyed dinner here, while travelling through the Pyrenees. We were welcomed with friendly smiles and, as we were travelling with our small dog, even he was welcomed. I had goats cheese salad and coq au vin. Both were served fast and were delicious. The Rose wine served as well complimented the food well. My wife said her meal was... More

We stopped here for lunch after visiting Queribus. The 3 course lunch was very nice if a little expensive. The service was good and the setting was nice. A very pleasant lunch!

We didn't find this restaurant very welcoming. The lady waiting on tables seemed quite formal and distant and didn't smile much - at least not to us, though seemed more relaxed with the regulars. My wife had the Coq au vin which wasn't too bad, but she was surprised not to have potatoes included. But my 'chef''s salad' was a... More

We stopped after our visit to Queribus and it was almost towards the end of lunch time, so we had the special 19 EUR 3-course menu with the "carpaccio" feature: anchois, beef and orange carpaccio, which was quite refreshing on a hot day. Lunch was good, service was friendly, wine was nice, we were happy.

We had the daily special, a meat ''stew" type dish with white beans - comfort food with wonderful flavor. The owner was kind enough to come out and explain the dish when we weren't able to understand what it was. We thought the price was reasonable, under 10 euro. We also had a terrific bottle of wine!

Staying in a nearby B&B we had dinner there several times. We enjoyed both a simple dinner and more gastronimic dishes. Don't miss the chocolates served with coffee you can buy.

It seems that all restaurants in the Catalan region have combined to present a set menu.. All very much the same wherever you go.

We stopped at the restaurant for a meal after visiting the Chateau of Queribus - it was perfectly good for what we needed: the kids liked the food, the meal was delivered quickly with friendly service. The food was tasty (the coq au vin was very good); the selection and the value-for-money were both very good.
