Food was great. Service awesome! Great Ribeye. Carpaccio was decent. Great atmosphere with glass encased meat locker dry aging beef. Prices not much more then restaurants doing way worst everything. I will go back again!
Went for dinner to Doris last evening - regular diner at Doris. Ordered a steak, burger and Caesar salad. Half way through the meal a green worm was crawling in the Caesar salad. We obviously lost our appetite - did not expect this from Doris...More

Yes, I'm familiar with Argentinian steaks and you're correct, Doris is not an Argentinian steak house. I prefer Doris steaks over Argentinian steaks and Doris dry ages all their steaks as well. Personally, I think Doris steaks are a cut above any Argentinian steak or steak house in Costa Rica.
