Reading all the reviews for this place, checked it out on a recent visit to Kasauli. Found it over priced and over hyped. Especially the whole bun thing. Jalebis are better although pricier than other sweet shops. Owners are quite hospitable but the food hype...is not justified.More

For a foodie like me it is hard to miss a place like Narinder Sweet House. The shop was packed but I wanted to get my hands on the famous Bun samosa and Gulab Jamuns and they were delicious. Fresh, warm and yummy. Highly recommend!

We were passing by this shop and the owner was roasting a bun on the stove and it was very tempting. We walked by ahead, and I told my wife that bun looked tempting and we should try it. We went back to the place...and asked the uncle for one bun to try out. He told us it is called bun samosa. He served us in 4 pieces and it was yummy :) Since we were a group of 6, we ordered 5 more for the group. Then uncle said you should definitely try our gulab jamun and he asked us to try one. I said uncle not to worry, please pack 6 gulab jamuns. Once we had finished the yummy samosas, we savored the hot delicious soft gulab jamuns.More

It is a small shop in old Heritage market of Kasauli. The place is always crowded and thronged by locals and tourists alike. The place serves nice Bun-Samosa and really soft and tasty hot gulab jamuns. They have pictures of Bollywood stars and other celebrities...enjoying their food and also a word of appreciation from famous writer Khushwant Singh. Kasauli being a small Cantonment town with not too many options, this place seems to be a must visit on every tourist's list.More

We had heard so much about the famous bun-samosa. I found it ordinary and nothing to write home about!

I had seen multiple videos about the famous bun samosa and gulba jamun served here. I dragged my parents to the place but was slightly worried if the hype was justified. I am happy to say that it sure is. The bus samosa is light...yet filling, and the gulab jamuns are melt-in-your-mouth soft. Everything is also ridiculously cheap. The condition of the shop itself may not inspire a lot of confidence, but it's more than 40 years old and has its own charm. We were lucky to get there when it wasn't crowded and got to have a good chat with the friendly owner. Definitely one of the unmissable things in Kasauli.More

Famous for its BunSam (Bun Samosa) which is basically a Potato cutlet (aaloo tikki) sandwiched between a burger bun along with some Sweet and Sour Tamarind sauce (imli Chutney). A good quick snack. Cherish along with some hot tea.

You must try the Samosa Bun/burger. Its a samosa inside a bun and its the first time we have seen this. You must also try gulabjamun bun as a sweet dish. The owner is also very nice.
