The food we had there was tasteful not very special. The service can be a little more friendly. The wine list was pretty impressive

Fresh oysters on a Monday- superb. Starters including grilled scallops in their shells with breadcrumbs; courgettes with anchovy sauce. A wonderful meal ; eaten to death by mosquitoes; defeated by the wonderfully huge lemon sorbet. Fantastic wine list. I am not sure why this restaurant does not have many more positive reviews. A wonderful evening.

Local restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine. Wonderful mushroom dishes from a huge menu. If you don't speak/read Italian, then ask the Waiter for the English menu. As there is only one you may have to be patient. We dropped in without booking and we're delighted to get a table a table for 10! Food was served at a sedate pace... More

Excellent antipasti (go for the big seafood antipasti), very good main course, disappointing dessert. Service friendly but very slow. The restaurant terrace is very cozy, covered with grapevines. Guest all locals (except for us). English spoken, but not too well. They have dual language menus, but you have to request it.

An older style restaurant offering a good menu range - staff helpful and friendly, but not much English spoken.

Taking a short walk from our hotel we stumbled on this local gem, we had borrowed an umbrella from the hotel and there were a number of similar items installed in the stand at the entrance, so we decided that we had made a good choice. The welcome was warm and genuine and set the standard for the whole experience,... More

Walking to this restaurant means approaching from the back and you don't expect to find it such a nice restaurant. Good food, good service and obviously popular with locals - not just tourists. Always a good sign. Highly recommended after two evenings. Menu is only

We were recommended to this restaurant by a local hotel. Excellent food with a local bias. Good service. A pity about the power cut just before we left...

Very attentive albeit fairly slow service. Food excellent and very good value for money. Ask for saute potatoes and you'll get them as a change from pizzas and pastas. Excellent desserts.
