Last year we were also in Bhoput (Smile House, really nice) and had dinner at The Hut a few times after recommendations from friends. We liked it and coming back now, things are unchanged. A small place with cheap meals compared to what's going around in Bhoput/Fishermans Village. Good Thai food. We are with 4 and ordered the hot pot... More

Amazing fresh food. Be sure to book! The green curry, red curry and Tom Yum are to die for. Everything is freshly made and tables book out quick so be sure to pre book. Satay chicken starter I'd delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating

After going to Samui for over 10 years, we finally ventured into The Hut upon recommendation from a foodie friend. Their food is very good and reasonably priced considering the growth of Bhoput's Fisherman's Village. Dry curry powder crab is a must. Their smoothies are also better than many of the other places we had tried. Would definitely go back.

This restaurant is 100 meter away from the main crossing of the Fisherman Village, and the only with quite affordable prices. We came here for dinner and for lunch. At lunch, when it was not crowded, the food was much better. Try the chicken skewers, they were very good!

After reafing several positive reviews, I wanted to try out this place, at the West end of the Fishermen's village (mind indications if you google it. They are not correct). The Hut is a cosy, small place by a small street. Not by the sea, but not much traffic passing by neither, which makes it pleasant. The first evening I... More

only one complaint; too many dutch ... felt like being back in holland once in a while; but MARVELOUS food at a good price; fisherman's village is mainly too expensive for what it offers; really for the tourists; this is the huge exception; excellent thai food at reasonable prices!

We ate here twice as it was close to our hotel. Very busy and bookings are necessary. Food was good and very reasonably priced.

It is not much more than a hut with very few tables, but be sure to book a few days in advance as it is so popular. The food is very tasty and really great value. The tamarind prawns are superb, having had those, we always seem to manage to over order everything else. It's family run and all the... More

Went here based on tripadvisor reviews: easy to find. Had a good meal, it was very busy and a constant stream of people turning up and being turned away. We had wantons and chicken satay, then whole fried white snapper with penang curry sauce, seafood pad thai and 5 huge tiger prawns, a cocktail and a large beer for 1100... More
