I signed up for a south island snorkel tour with sunny phu quoc tours because they had good reviews. Tour was supposed to be 70% snorkelling. We were rerouted to red river tour because there were not enough people on the boat. So red river tour first stop pearl factory, essentially just a pearl jewellery store nothing else 40min. 30... Stopped here as we had passed by many evenings and it was always full. This maybe due to the lack of serving staff. We waited by the entrance for someone to advise if a table would soon be free only to be ignored by the staff, but advised by another customer they were leaving soon. When we did get a seat... More

If you are looking for a boat trip in the south islands - one day - and snorkelling for beginners - this is a good choice - they pickup you at the hotel and provide the lunch.

the setting is pleasant , the food is good , and the dishes are not expensive . And what more ? Well super friendly staff ! and a wealth of information for a good stay in Phu Quoc. Here is a young team that deserves to be encouraged . Really good little place to discover .

I was offered the chance to take part in the cooking classes held at the restaurant which was amazing. We were given a broad selection of Vietnamese dishes of which we could select 5 to make during the course of the class. The afternoon started with a trip to the market to gather the ingredients for our selected dishes, then... More

We did their North Island Tour the day before and really enjoyed it. The cooking class was absolutely awful. We booked a cooking class with an English speaking chef for $23 each. For that you expect quite a bit. This is what we got. Got picked up in a taxi and brought to a pier. We stood their with our... More

Nothing about this night was anything but terrible. All of our dishes we ordered came out wrong, cold, looking and tasting disgusting. My meal never even came, which was lucky I only had to endure my side dish, but even that was pointless. The staff had no idea what they were doing, and this was with only 3 tables inside... More

I'll start by saying we did their snorkelling tour to the south in Nov 2012. My partner booked the kayaking tour from a guy on the beach that was a little pushy, but after a couple of questions answered and a few mobile phones calls, he booked with a $30,000 VD deposit. We ended up in a 15 year old... More

The company that has the restaurant also has boat tours, which some reviews below mention they hard sell you if you are at the restaurant. For the love of god, do not sign up for a Red River Tour. Lets start here, the price is around 20 USD, if you are 5 people or more you can spend the exact... More

Very businessminded crew that try to sell tours and sightseeing while you eat... Food was ok but we did not return.
