Friendly service and nice food at this country pub. Decent menu and it’s nice to see a small portion option on a number of the main courses - ideal for older children. Definitely recommended. Good value for money too.

Whenever we are in the area we pop by. Good food and a large choice. Bustling atmosphere without being intimidating. Locals friendly. Strongly recommended.

Lovely traditional pub. They have a good range of hand pump beers, the menu was also traditional and very tasty. We had the steak and ale pie, which came with a variety of vegetables. The portions were huge, leaving no room for dessert!
