We stopped to get some drinks here because we appreciated the humor: " Broken English spoken here perfectly since...". As english is a big problem is Thailand we actually wanted to spend some time in a place that actually acknowledge this.

Mr Kobis is located in the middle of a sandy strip of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops, across the street from Naiyang Beach. It looks like the most tourist trap of the bunch. However, don't by fooled. My Kobis is also the original. Wiped clean in the 2004 tsunami (they have an interesting local memorial on the wall) it... More

This place was just a lift walk down from our hotel and we read a lot of good reviews, so we decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a very good try. The food was fantastic.

We order shrimps with lemon sauce and stewed rice and my partner ordered other type of shrimps too and they were both superb quality and cooked on point. Cook came out, she is the wife of owner, it seems a family business and you can see, she cooks with care. Wine not worth it but we then changed to beer.... More

This is in the Nai Yang Walking Street. We had stir fried chicken noodles and chicken curry and larb moo and two drinks for 570 baht Not the cleanest of places. There were flies everywhere which we had to shoo throughout the meal, tablecloths are stained and ripped and the waitress was picking her nose. There was a small dead... More

My partner and I ate dinner at this restaurant three times in one week, as the food was really delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from. One of those nights we met up with a group of fellow volunteers at Soi Dog and every single person really enjoyed their food! We tried out several dishes, but... More

food was lovely here, cheap beer. The staff are nice, as everyone is here. Good choice for casual eats at night or for lunch.

Our group of 5 friends shared a great, full meal of fresh seafood (crabs, mussels, prawns, squid), pad thai, mango sticky rice and coconut water - all for only THB 500 per person (approx GBP 11, EUR 13, USD 14) as of writing. You get a true tropical feel with its outdoor dining and it's very near the beach.
