Urban Food restaurant, located in Jungceylon shopping centre in Phuket, is a fairly large restaurant having indoors and outdoors areas and serving Thai and international food. The decor is stylish, kind of moody with low lighting. The doors to the inside section are left open but the many air conditioning units do not make up for the summer heat so... More

The dessert (panna cotta) was alright. A little too sweet but I like the fresh vanilla beans inside. The pad thai and sweet n sour prawns were average as well. Service quite mediocre but decorations was pretty good.

The waitress can't bring herself to smile or even say please or thank you, the rest of the staff look like they are there against their will! The food was dumped on the table with a grunt the plate slid across the table a wholly unpleasant experience Don't bother eating here the food is at best average, and combined with... More

After eating at the neighbour restaurant "Wine Co" for lunch..... hands down the BEST place in the area, we decided to try Urban Food for dinner - quite possibly the worst place we have dined at during our weeks holiday, We had to seat ourselves in this 1/3 full bistro (it fails to meet the specifications of a restaurant biased... The salad bar was pathetic but very cheap, only 150 baht, take as much as you want. The rest of the food was bland and overpriced. This is phuket town so you can literally walk or drive around the corner and get food for 30-50 baht, all the dishes here were 150-250 baht at least. The pizza had a lot... More

We've become regular visitors to this restaurant. We typically order the beef tenderloin skewer with includes three cuts of juicy steak and order an extra salad bar. The salad bar is well stocked with fresh greens and parsnip salad with hot dishes as well including creamed spinach.

We have been to this place a few times when we go shopping as it has a great variety of foods for our children. Our little boy was in hospital for a week and I went to urban food for takeaway . The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble , the manager even came over and gave... More
