We stayed (5 of us) in the Chenie Gris campsite and walked to this restaurant which is situated in a small village by the bridge over the river. We sat outside and ate their twice. There is a small a la carte menu or a 2 course set menu for 16 euros or 3 course for 22( 3 choices per... More

We had dinner here with friends and all our children on the last day of our holiday. It was the perfect end to a great 2 weeks in the Vendee and Paris. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The food was traditional French, generous portions and most importantly delicious. We chose from a 3 course set menu for 22 Euros.... More

All the ingredients for a superb experience are here, but sadly when we visited the food value equation was well out of kilter, and we just felt ripped off.
