I summarize it as quick as we have been initially shocked with the speed of the owner who asked us to order very quickly and without the time to think. The food was excellent!

Great, simple food. The Tagliatelle alla Peccorino is legendary - can't leave without having this intermediate dish. Owner recommended a particular bottle of Vino Nobile de Montepulciano. It was a great wine. By the way: the owner himself is an entertainer and an experience by...More
unimpeachable pasta. simple, delicious. best we had in Tuscany, easily. pici with tomatoes, garlic tagliatelle dunked in wheel of pecorino on par or better than best high NYC Italian spots like Del Posto or Babbo

Really enjoyable meal. Pasta dishes plus all other dishes were lovely- pasta in pecorino is a must have. The fillet steak was amazing as well. Delicious pannacotta and tiramasu. Work with the 'gruff' waiter as it is all for show and he is lovely.
