We spent a lunchtime here in March and absolutely loved the place and the kindness of the lady who served us. They don't have a à la carte menu but rather a fixed menu, of mixed antipasti, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, vegetables fruit, desserts wine and water. The price varies depending if someone orders the full menu (40€... More

Absolutely beautiful country side and a family run B&B w/lovely and delicious restaurant. The buildings are dry stacked rock, a photographer's dream. Would never have found it except our guide from Gate 1 took us there. They showed us how to make pasta from scratch and fed us a 4 course meal w/local wine. A great experience.

This was the best Restaurant we visited while we were in the Salento and one of the best we have visited on our main trips to Italy. The Service is first class, the setting is wonderful and the food amazing. The Restaurant is a converted Masseria (farm) and is set in acres of cultivated land. It serves traditional local food,... We were here for a short tour and lunch with a guided tour, and it was a marvelous experience all around. The masseria produces olive oil, and we saw the old presses and heard about the process. Lunch was a treat. It started with multiple antipasto dishes, all produced organically. There were multiple stone-walled dining rooms, each one more charming... More

As other reviewers have said, we would not have known about this place unless our landlord had recommended it. It is a little way out in the countryside which is not a problem if you have your own transport. It is signposted and your GPS will guide you also. Masserias are much written about in the Puglia region and we... More

This old tobacco plantation has been turned into a restaurant. They grow all of their own tomatoes (make their own sauce), lettuce, herbs, fruits and vegetables. Everything was delicious. A fun experience . Don't miss lunch at Le Stanzie in Cutrofiano

Our b&b host made a reservation for us at Le Stanzie otherwise we would have never found it ourselves, it's that remote. But what a gem! The location, the lights in the garden with all the olive trees, all the tomatoes hanging from the ceiling and on the walls; a remarkable place. The fixed menu was all made with local... More

Antipasto is absolutely Delish you get about 6 and they are fantastic potatoes and celery, beans like a hummus, slow cooked tomato ..... It goes on... More

We were recommended to visit this old Masseria to experience the best of home-grown produce presented in traditional beautifully prepared dishes. The farmhouse and olive press are very impressive and the gardens where dinner was served were delightful. There was far too much to eat in the set menu but we did our best! Everything was delicious and the evening... More
