It's my second to visit this restaurant but I think it's not what I tasted for my first time. Although, there are so many people queuing as before. One thing that I didn't like is its environment. If they treat it as an important issue, it will be better. Last but not least, the price is so reasonable.
這是我第二次來這間餐聽但我感覺沒有像我第一次的好吃。雖然人潮和以前一樣總是排隊。其中我最不愛的就是它的環境。如果他們可以看待這個問題，那一定會對餐廳大大的提升。最後價錢非常的合理。

- You will need to get a table, then queue to order the food.
- Limited choices as they specialized in what they do best.
- Portion are not big, so be daring to order what you feel like eating.
- If you want additional serving, you will need to join at the back of the long queue to order again.

Tasty Rice noodles in a clean and spacious restaurant. Other side dishes are available too.
Easy to spot this place, situated along Datong road. Opposite another famous place, Chen Mochi, selling really good mochi.

The only reason for you to come here is the noodles. And that's enough reason. The small needle shaped noodles are silky smooth and so delicious when served with hot broth and your choice of side dishes like tofu, mushrooms and greens.

The heavy line up after 6pm by locals is a good testimony to the quality of the food. My little family (2 + teen) enjoyed our large bowls of soup noodle plus the owner came out to greet us.

We came to this "famous" place for dinner. Since there was no seating service, we thought no vacant seats were available and decided to order takeouts.
When we got back to the hotel and started to enjoy our dinner, we realized they did not give us all the food we ordered.
The broth of rice noodle soup was extremely greasy and the noodle had no texture.
The side dish consisted of spoiled seaweed. The fish was not cooked properly and was very dry. Would I recommend this place? I guess not.

I recommended three dishes for you.
Yuhao Shao: The main ingredients are white shrimp cultured in Changbin Township, Taitung County, pigs kept in Guanshan Town, and red dragonfly planted in Taima Lixiang. Use your own hand-made teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise with the use of canola oil, and finally fry in a pan.
御好燒：主要食材使用台東縣長濱鄉養殖的白蝦，關山鎮在地飼養的豬，太麻里鄉種植的紅藜。搭配自己手作的照燒醬及美乃滋加上使用芥花油，最後使用平底鍋煎。
Oriental Ming pig: It is also a pig raised in Guanshan Town, Taitung County without using antibiotics and sulfonamides. It grows up with natto.
東方明豬：不使用抗生素和磺胺劑，也是台東縣關山鎮養殖的豬，它是吃納豆菌長大的。
Mahi-mahi :fish Cooked ,sprinkle with ginger and pepper. Black fungus on the lower layer with homemade wow savory sauce.
鬼頭刀：煮熟後的魚，撒上薑及辣椒。下層有黑木耳，並附上自製哇沙米醬。

The food is delicious and although everything is in chinese they have English speaking staff on hand to help you! Definitely a must visit in Taitung

Dont be scared of the que as it quickly disappears (max 5 min). Although everything was in Chinese one of the waiters helped us ordering. Food came quickly and was very good!

A friend bought us there. Queue is long but the place inside is big but still very crowded. Food is not bad and you can order sides to go along.
Then walk to nearby night market but only open on Thurs and Fridays

mee tak bak dried version is nice
many version medium to large bowl, dry to soup type
side dishes is better to add to your main course
local herb drink created in house...no coke no 7 up
must share tables if full house. worth the wait...

If you want to try special noodles made from rice then go to this noodles restaurant. It is cheap and yummy. Try mixing black vinegar and chilli sauce into your bowl of noodles. It is very popular any time of the day.
