Love this place... steak is amazing and the sides are delicious also.. staff are super helpful.. we went there at last minute and the manager had very little room however she accommodated us.. we were waiting a little longer for our food however we were giving a free bottle of wine for the wait.. this more than made up for... Very busy and you do need to book. We were probably last customers of the night and knew that our meal would take a little while when we booked. It was worth the wait - excellent steaks and good value for money. Having just been to see LaLa Land it was great to have live music in the same vein... More

Brown's are clearly ripping off their community. Disgraceful how they can even justify their crazy extortionate prices. Never going back to any of their establishments in or around D15. Top tip: save your money, instead of throwing it away and lining their gready silk pockets !! Or at least do a quick price comparison with some other out of town... More

I am always very cautious about steak especially if it's low priced. This time without hesitation I choose 10oz Irish sirloin steak with recommended pepper sauce. The score is 9/10. I deducted 1 point as I ordered rare and got medium however it was just perfect. Service and place also at its best. Only general disadvantage is price but as... More

Ate a quick dinner here in a Friday night. The music was good but overall a bit noisy. Very limited vegetarian choices. I had the cannelloni which needed seasoning and had far too much cheese sauce over it. Excellent green veg. Ok coffee. The staff were charming and service excellent.

We had a Family dinner in Brownes on Xmas Eve & to say we were disappointed is putting it mildy. The food was very overpriced !! €29.00 for a fillet steak plus any sides including chips €3.95 each !! As if this was not bad enough, myself & my wife ordered their Burger to be presented with a piece of... More

My wife and I had the most beautifully evening at our wedding anniversary in this restaurant last night. Unbeknown to us they set our table in the most amazing way with candles and fabulous bunch of flowers as well as a card from all of them. Food was superb and so was the red wine we had. The whole team... More

2 of us arrived for a 7PM booking on a Thursday and were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was not busy. It was noticeable when we sat down that the place was cool, not cold but cool. For the duration of our stay we could feel a draught blowing cold air We decided to order from the "early bird" menu... More
