Limited menu, lots of pizza, a few meat dishes who were well-prepared. Nice red wines from Puglia, very tasty homemade limoncello with mint ! A tip, Customers love to see a smile on your face as they are served.

On arrival in the car park we found a restaurant employee in what seemed to be an argument with a car mechanic ! Inside we were the first diners of the evening. The same employee who was having the argument asked us if we wanted water in a tone I would describe as rude. Then came ordering. We ordered the... More

We made an unexpected evening visit here, when our first choice restaurant choice was closed. The restaurant was prettily lit around the courtyard eating area, clean and the tables well spaced. There is a good parking area immediately in front of the restaurant. We were served a simple Rosemary pizza base as we sat down, rather than the usual bread... More

On a very rainy festival night when everywhere appeared to be booked four of us pitched up at 19:30, when we said we would like to eat immediately it became 'no problemo' Excellent Primitivo wine at e15.00 per bottle, a pizza at e4.00 whilst we considered the menu. King prawn rissotto for two, an enormous king prawn salad and a... More

We went to this restaurant first time just before Christmas without any expectations. We sat just opposite of the open fire and enjoyed seeing food prepared just ahead of us. We hardly had sat down when the very friendly waiter brought us tasty bruschette - before we had even started to look the menu. A very good start and a... More

I was taken here twice by some locals who praised the place calling it the best pizza in the world. I would go that far, but it damn good. Is a very intimate place but you are able to watch the pizzeria tossing the dough in the air and watching is cook in the wood fire oven, which is exciting.... More

We have discovered this place by a lucky accident. Pezze di Greco is a quite place right on the "corso nationale" and we looked for simple, good Italian food. Gli Archi was a great choice. We had excellent antipasti (the home-made potato chips served in a pan are perfect), followed by a marvelous lemon/scampi risotto. You can also have pizza... More
