This is the only place to stay (other than a campground) in the park, and it is very crowded. We stayed in a detached building called the Sunrise Motel. Thin walls and a little noisy. But no TV! And quick access to the rim.

Great service. Breakfast was diner-style. Big portions. The potato pancakes were very good. Bottomless coffee.

This was our home base with restrooms, water, nice views and welcoming common spaces. The dinner we had was OK, but there are few light options. We had a salad and added Salmon, which was a nice piece of salmon, but was prepared medium, so I wish we had requested or our waiter had asked our desired temperature. He did... More

Well prepared meals, attentive waiters. Long wait before seating is standard, but you can walk out to look over the rim of Bryce Canyon in the mean time, so you won't suffer. I enjoyed the bread with crushed garlic for starters.

No reservations are accepted, but the lodge lobby is also the waiting area for the restaurant, so there is a lot of room for people to wait. Sadly, there is no bar--I think most of the people sitting in the lobby area would have been drinking if they had the choice! Both my husband and I had salads with our... More

We had lunch here and hung out during the rain. Excellent service, personable staff and generous portions for lunch.

We came for a lite lunch and chose to split fish taco's. I have never eaten fish taco's where the fish was flaky, the consistency of tuna salad without the mayo. It had a mild spice taste but the texture was odd. The lime sauce was good but the pico de gallo resembled jar salsa, again, not expected. Even the... More

I would have given this restaurant a lower rating if we hadn't eaten breakfast here in the morning. Dinner the night before, however, was not to the caliber I expected from a national park. My husband had ribeye steak that he said was one of the worst steaks he's eaten. I had a pork chop that had a great apple... More

So many choices and so delicious. Plus the dining area is like a restaurant and not a hotel lobby. We slept well, too, in lovely beds.

29 degrees and 25 mph winds during our tour of the park. It was time to warm up and grab some lunch. What better place than the Bryce Canyon Lodge. This original structure is a quaint structure with a couple of big fireplaces and good food and hot chocolate to warm the body.
