What a great find this Coffee Shop/Cafe is, en route from Inverness to Oban and as the journey began early we were just about ready for some breakfast when we came across the Thistle Stop. Friendly, welcoming and great food, highly recommend.

Called in for an afternoon break and found this amazing place. The food was an absolute delight, the place was immaculately clean and the service and attnetion from the staff was excellent. It was so good that we detoured just so we could go again.

Lovely fresh food, served by friendly people. Undoubtedly the best place to stop on the road to Inverness. Worth a special mention? The salad. So often a lump garnish but here a delicious fresh and varied selection, an addition to the meal!

Clean and tidy decor, welcoming and attentive owners, varied menu, good food. Beautiful views and the added bonus of a fabulous little shop selling fabric and yarn. If you knit or quilt make a point of calling in, you won't be disappointed.
