We visited F&B's due to being unable to get a table at another restaurant. Food quality was great. The draught soft drinks were unavailable but bottled option were still available. Overall Gretna service and quality.

Very good food , but a little pricey for a family. Great atmosphere, loved the old music and the attention they payed the birthday boy. Staff were very very pleasant.

First time visit to this Frankie & Bennys and the last. Staff sat around talking. Breakfast turned up cold and had to be redone even though food is cooked to order. We all ended up eating separately. We were asked would we like a refill on coffee, they forgot one and we had to ask again they brought over coffee... More

Popped in for a quick dinner. The calamari starter was divine. The F&B meatballs were delicious. The cheese and bacon burger was huge. All in all good food . Good servers. Will be back. And we got a discount.

Ordered pint of lager, came with black bits on head, sent back. Came back in same glass with black bits floating in drink. Sent back. 3 rd time lucky a clean glass and fresh drink, looked at table and state of restaurant. Very dirty. Didn't order any food as they obviously don't care about hygiene. Manager gave us our drinks... More

popped in as a good selection of gluten free food, service is good, food is good but you need to ask for the veg to be cooked for longer if you don't like hot raw veg, struggled to cut with the knife supplied, also London prices on beer.

Walked out after 20 minutes of being ignored. Was too hungry to hang around so walked out. Even an acknowledgement would have helped... shan't bother again in future.

Pleasant place to go for lunch or diner also children and adult birthdays. The food is good but the portions tend to be on the small side.
