We always enjoy a meal at Driftwood when we visit the island and this was no exception. I ordered shrimp and lobster tail with baked potato and vegetables. I enjoyed every bite! Wait staff are very friendly and we love the design of the restaurant. Kudos to Driftwood, we will always return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba.

You know the food is going to be good when the restaurant is packed with locals. Would have given 5 stars, but the place needs an update. The Food and Service were excellant. We were a party of 10 and everything was served quickly and hot

Downtown and a little hard to find but really good seafood. They have their own boat that catches all their fish which means very fresh food. I had barricuda and really loved the taste , prepared to perfection

We visit Driftwood at least twice on every visit that we make to Aruba. The chilean sea bass in curry sauce is the best! We went on the fishing charter (4 hours) and caught 3 barracudas that they prepared for us for dinner. The fish was prepared 4 different ways: French, Aruban, Blackened and Grilled and were served with 4... More

Been open for 25 years and had always been one of our favorite family restaurants! Excellent service, child friendly, delicious meal! This restaurant is one of the two restaurants in Aruba that actually fish for their specials each and every day! They have fishing charters in morning and afternoon and whatever is caught is what you eat that night! Love... More

The portions are substantial and the quality of the food is great. The barracuda was phenomenal and so was the gumbo.

I recently read a review for this restaurant, I think it was on the Aruba visitors boards. I ordered the fresh barracuda "Aruban" style. It was phenomenal! I've never had it before, but it was prepared perfectly. My wife had the filet mignon and lobster tail. Both were done very good. Very good ambience, good service and very good food.... More

Wahoo pan seared with rice and fresh vegetables. Blackened Mahi Mahi baked potato. Both dishes came with a aruban mild sweet red sauce and a garlic sauce. pickled onions on the table as a condiment, with a real nice flavor and bite. Rustic seafaring decor with driftwood on the walls. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall reasonable priced for an... More

It was a little hard to find on our own. We took the bus and then walked there. Take a cab. The owner goes out each morning and catches the "catch of the day". It was great!! The staff was helpful and had a great sense of humor. My only criticism was there was one woman who was loud and... More
