Went to Buccaneer Restaurant last month with my wife. My wife is gluten free. James the chef totally took care of our special dinner. We both enjoyed the wonderful food and talking to Jim. Would totally recommend this restaurant and say hi for us. Bob

Heard from a local person that Buccaneers had great fish. They surely have the theme! My lovely had the shrimp with an Aruban red pepper sauce which she said was delectable. I had red snapper topped with a shrimp purée topped by two large shrimp. The fish was tender and the shrimp were just right. The vegetables we each were... More

Do not miss this restaurant! It's not on the main drives is off the beaten path but well worth the trip. The food is plentiful and great tasting. The decor is very interesting. When you look at the roof it makes you think that you are under the sea. The place has a huge fish tak in one dining room... More

I wanted to dine off the beach & came here...many thanks to the suggestion from my Taxi Driver & newfound friend Sir Eugene. 1st, there's a huge neon sign off the main road directing you to where the restaurant is actually located, what a helpful idea. You'll know when you've arrived as you'll see an enormous & illuminated sign designed... More

We visited this restaurant on a recommendation. Upon entering, it was very dark & dingy. When we first were seated, we enjoyed the fish tanks at our table with beautiful & colorful salt water fish! Nice touch! It went downhill from there. One of us ordered shrimp and another grouper. The meals had no flavor, and were quite bland. The... More

We visit here at least once each trip and always bring friends here. The service is great. We enjoy the food and it is always well prepared. I question whether eating fish in front of a fish tank with fish is traumatizing for the fish!

This place really went all in on the sea theme. It looks quite tacky from the outside, but the food is absolutely amazing. The walls are big aquariums and it almost feels like dining on a boat underwater. All the seafood was delicious and it was filled with locals so that gives a hint the price and quality is good... The atmosphere was fun with the fish tanks at your table but we were disappointed overall. I had looked on line at the menu & neither dish that we had selected was available, in fact the waiter told us he hadn't heard of them & it must be a different restaurant. The escargots were not to my liking due to... More

What a memorable experience- and I have absolutely zero clues as to why the Buccaneer doesn't rate higher for Palm Beach restaurants. The exterior is a little worn & it's definitely in a 'local' area, but frankly I care a lot less about aesthetics than I do food taste & service quality. We were in a party of 9, with... More
