Nice burger, not sure it lived up to rave reviews but was ok. The guy over charged us but we didn’t realise until it was too late, so didn’t go a second time.

Fast, awesome and delicious. You can’t visit Barbados and miss this amazing sandwich, wherever you’re staying it’s worth the trip for lunch. The beach is nice also, so you can plan the day here.
Visited couple of times, lovely double fish cutter for reasonable price of 18 BBD., definately worth the wait. Short walk from Hilton hote,l support local business 🤟
This was our second time to the island and this time we had all of our family with us. Everyone loved the cutters from Cuz’s. Be prepared to wait in the sun a bit, this place is very popular, but well worth it. It was...nice to see more stands around now so we could get Pina coladas while we waited or would have other options if someone wanted something else. The nearby BBQ stand smelled amazing but I had tunnel vision for my fish sandwich and the kids were eager to try them. If you have a snorkel tour with Barbados Blue (as we did) or are on/near Carlyle Bay, Cuz’s is beside Barbados Blue at the south end of Carlyle Bay.More
Had Cuzz's on my eating itinerary while in Barbados. Was excited to try the fish cutter and so were others. We arrived during noon hour and there was quite the line. It moved pretty steady and there was drink options near by to keep you...quenched while waiting in line. I went with the single fish cutter with no cheese. I didn't want to taint the flavour but seeing others ordering the cheese I would add it on a future order. The sandwich was good, nice bun, good toppings and excellent bajan hot sauce. The marlin is a bit of a beefier fish and has more of a steak like texture. Its different than flying fish. I would recommend Cuzz's and will return on a future visit to Barbados.More
Food: There was a lot of hype about this fish shack…even Arthur Frommer the travel expert gave it an endorsement, so it was worth a try. I had a cheese cutter ( grilled fish with cheese) and the fish was fresh but the bun was...plain, dry. unbuttered and untoasted; it certainly didn’t add anything to my sandwich and I am a bread lover so it pains me to say that. I noticed that the customers near me also didn’t savor the oversized bun. They left half on the plate.😕 The 2 sauces available were definitely needed: one was yellow and spicy and the other was whitish and creamy. I wouldn’t have liked the sandwich without them with all that blah bread. The fish needed more flavor. Maybe the raving reviews are about the fried fish sandwich…😉 Cash only. Seemed shifty for him to give us change in 2 different currencies especially when we paid him in local currency.😕 Staff: It was the end of the day; Cuzz seemed tired and didn’t have much to say until I asked to take a picture. He closed promptly at 6 which seemed early but I guess he’s not pressed and doesn’t need our want the munch evening crowd…a bit odd. Loved the king gentleman that he hired to clean his grill that saw my slide was untied and bent down to tire it for me. So sweet.😍 Location: right by the road and in sight of the ocean. Stay for the sunset. Red Picnic tables were conveniently placed in front for diners. The shack was a lil hard to see. The vehicle with his name on it was helpful. It was convenient that a taxi came to the spot so we could easily get back to the Crane which was quite a distance away I’d eat it again if I was in the area maybe but I’d probably be more likely to try another place on my list like the nearby India Grill and Lobster Alive but I wouldn’t go out of my way. If you have FOMO then get your sammy and a Banks beer & take your pic for the ‘gram so u can say u were there. The Banks beer from the adjacent stall was more memorable and deliciously cold. I had 2.😁 now THAT beer is a must try while here..👍🏿👍🏿More
Great value. Amazing taste. Must visit when you are here. We walked from Carlisle bay a couple of times to get one for lunch because it’s that nice and again fresh value for money. Can see why it’s got the good reviews.
Out of this world fish cutter sandwich! Delicious fish on a simple bun with lettuce & sauces to add if you wish. Made fresh to order. Double fish version available or version with cheese. Excellent value!
Staying at The Hilton nearby and stumbled across this place , wow we had a fantastic fish sandwich, it was cooked to perfection and cost 12 Barbados dollars well worth stopping , a couple of table and chairs fir you to sit and drink your...banks beer.More
Went 3 times in 1 week. Short walk from the Hilton, right next to the Raddison. Don't let the line scare you off. Great tasting tender fish on a bun you won't soon forget.
The nicest fish cutter I’ve had. We were there about 11:30am and there were a few people already tucking into the cutters. Nice and juicy, good price too. BBD 13 for a fish cutter with cheese.
We were lucky enough to be staying just down the beach from Cuz’s and ventured here twice during our stay. We absolutely loved it both times and would recommend anyone to visit and buy a cutter. Both times we went we had the double cutter...and drizzled them with spicy sauce. Absolutely delicious. The first time the queue was around a half hour. The second time went at opening time at 11am so were first in the queue. 😊 you can get a beer from the bar stand next door 😊More
Tastiest food we had on the island, walked down twice on our short stay at the Hilton. The fish was cooked to perfection with a crispy salad and a variety of sauces to try.
We returned to enjoy the best fish cutters on the island. We've come for years and it's always worth the drive down. Yes there is queue any time you come but it is so worth the wait. There's even a bar attached to it now...so I enjoyed a rum punch while I waited. The fish is freshly cooked, salad crispy and bread just right. The hot peper sauce is something else.More
I am Frankie eight years old there. Cuzz’s fish burger was the best I’ve ever had. It was Marlin fish. I’ve never had it before but it was really good !
