Lovely restaurant with good atmosphere. Lots of interesting things on the menu. Would recommend the stuffed potato appetiser and steak skewer (& prawn dish). Would definitely return.

We had dinner here and really enjoyed it very much! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The portions were big and the food delicious. The location is not very good and it's not easy to find. Therefore the staff has to put a lot of effort into their guests. The ambiente is really nice.

Plazita Limena has changed ownership and its new name is Tasty Bite and Steakhouse. The new owner wants to expand the menu, but kept the Peruvian chef. Our Peruvian foodie son-in-law remembered this place from our visit ten years ago and thought the food was better than ever. The large menu has all of his favorite comfort foods. The branch... More

Perhaps it was the dishes we ordered or perhaps the regular chef was away or... but we had just about the worst meal ever during all our 20 years of travel in the Caribbean. It started off poorly when the wrong appetizer came to our table. The server explained that the menu has the incorrect description so instead of getting... More

Great food in a garden setting. Good value too. You can not go wrong at this place. Bring mosquito repellent unless the wind is up.

I make it a point to eat at Plazita Limena every time I visit Bonaire. I stumbled across it the first year--the main entrance to the restaurant itself is set back a bit from the road, so you have to keep an eye out for it (look for the thatched roof). This past September was my fourth year on the... More

This Peruvian joint features dishes that while complementary to the flavors of the island, still keep their Peruvian identity and flair. If you stop by, please treat yourself to the octopus and bacon salad. Holy cow, it's a party in your palate!

Popped in here as we got a parking space right outside and needed to keep an eye on our diving gear in the truck. The food was great, service very friendly and the frapuccino coffee was simply superb. So much so, we went back again later during our holiday.

Previously, Plazita Limena had two locations, and we had only eaten in the one at the Den Lamen condos. This location is now closed, but their original location in town is still open and just as wonderful. The fish is fresh and creatively prepared with flavorful sauces and interesting sides. The beef on a skewer was tender and cooked exactly... More
