We ate at Plaza Bieu for lunch several times during our visit to Curacao. This is a cafeteria with picnic tables and four or five different vendors slinging some of the most authentic Caribbean cuisine I've ever encountered for rock bottom prices. Each food stall...More

We stopped at the Plasa Bieu because our tour guide said this is authentic local food. I always try to eat authentic local food when visiting a new place. We stopped in for lunch on a very warm April day. When we stepped in the...More

if you like to taste the real local food, this is the place. I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant and also, the temperature inside is very high.

Went with great expectations. After asking around we found the place. Had dinner at the far end. Had a waitress that lied to us about prices. She increased the price 3 times. A dinner that cost locals about 12.00 US. ended up costing us more...More

You must stop by here and try the "Criollo food." We went twice during our stay. First time we had fried fish with brown rice and stewed chicken with white rice. Both came with a side salad and fried sweet plantains. On our second visit...More

Great place for local food. Ideally good for lunch on your way to the center of town. Came here on a Monday at around 12:30 PM. Very family oriented, ordered the stewed goat with Okra Soup (both different, but amazing taste & smell) lots of...More

Local and Great (and lots) Food in this market for lunch. Don't get too late because you might find No food at all. It's only open for lunch. No AC and No Wifi, but you couldn't expect that with such low price.

There is parking, paid and free around the area. If you are staying outside Willemstad take a local bus to the "city" as they run often and are very cheap. There are two bus stations, one at Punta which is right around the... More

They might not have vegan food, however there are 5 to 7 different vendors, What I would do is to find one who might be able to accomodate me for the next day or all week, It might be easier for vegetarian than vegan though.
